Just fantastic, our agent had made an error in our booking. We had booked a double double room and on system it showed just double. Reception were so helpful and were so accomodating they arranged a 2nd room as courtesy and on same floor and welcome drinks while we waited. Most comfortable bed and service. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Containers Hotel in London in mid-November, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service truly stood out—especially from Alan and Yaseen. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. While the mattress was a bit on the firm and springy side for our personal preference, the room itself was otherwise perfect and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is another major highlight. Being situated right along the river made it both beautiful and incredibly convenient, with easy access to many popular attractions and areas worth exploring in London. Overall, we loved our stay at Sea Containers Hotel and would absolutely return. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed here for six nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was sizable, shower great, bed comfy, the towels fluffy, and the staff all very polite and attentive. This hotel is at a beautiful river side location. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the most magical stay here at the sea containers- upon arrival, the staff have been so friendly From concierge to reception and the housekeeping team are top class- the rooms are always so spotless each day. We stayed in the studio room which had ample space with modern interior. The room highlight the bathroom which featured a large bathtub and a standing rainfall shower- The room featured lots of small touches e.g toiletries, robes, slippers and a water station outside the room which made such a difference to make it a memorable stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with plenty of options for food and drink. The Gym is very well equipped and kept to a very high and clean standard. We did a trip to Agua Spa in the hotel and had the 60 minute Advanced Bodywork’s Massage which was heavenly, perfect pressure, I had the therapist Deborah whom was amazing! In terms of location, this was perfectly situated on the Southbank with walkable access to the main attractions like the London eye London Bridge and the river. This was such a perfect stay- my new favourite spot in London!

A fantastic hotel that is almost perfect. We loved our stay but a few small things held it back from a true 5-star experience. Location: 4/5 The Southbank location is lovely, right by the river and very close to Blackfriars station. It's also walkable to the bars and restaurants near Waterloo. However, it's a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions, and you definitely feel a little removed from the main areas north of the river. Still very manageable, just not hyper-central. Rooms: 5/5 Excellent. We had the family room, which was perfect as it consisted of two interconnected rooms. The rooms themselves were modern, clean, and spacious with very comfortable king beds and a large bathroom. No complaints here at all. Food (Breakfast Buffet): 4/5 The breakfast buffet was very good and quite large for a Continental breakfast. That said, for a 5-star hotel, we felt the selection could have had more variety beyond standard Western dishes. We missed things like smoked salmon and other premium options that would have elevated it. Rooftop Bar: 5/5 Absolutely stunning. The rooftop bar has some of the best views you can get from London's Southbank. A must-visit. Service: 3/5 This was the most mixed part of our stay and the main reason we can't give 5 stars. 8 times out of 10, the service was amazing. The normal, everyday staff were incredibly down-to-earth, friendly, and helpful. However, this was let down by rare but noticeable rudeness from a few individuals. We had an unfriendly interaction at the check-in desk, which wasn't a great start. We also consistently saw an unfriendly female manager at the morning buffet (French accent, wore a jacket while directing staff) who never once smiled at us. Overall We had a great stay and would recommend Sea Containers, especially for the amazing rooms and stunning views. It's really missing that final star due to the inconsistency in service. If the management and check-in experience had matched the friendliness of the general staff, it would have been a flawless visit.

I booked some treatments here for a birthday treat, loved the whole experience and left feeling detoxed and relaxed. Highlights were the team and the tranquil setting I really felt looked after. I had a cleansing facial and body scrub and pedicure, the facial particularly left my face feeling and looking amazing.

Edgy, calm , eclectic and just sexy. The smell upon entry , the unique little room and the service was phenomenal. We enjoyed our stay. The luxury toiletries were so great I googled them to purchase later. Will definitely stay here again.

Had dinner in the restaurant on a Sunday evening when it was super quiet. The staff were professional and helpful throughout. The bar beforehand was a bit of a let down - the drinks were lovely but the service was so slow that we still hadn't been served by the time we were due to head into the restaurant - almost 30 minutes later. They did however arrange to bring our drinks through. The restaurant itself has run out of steak, which was disappointing, but one of the team suggested an alternative which worked nicely. The food was delicious and well portioned.

A touch of class & as good as you could wish for! A contemporary hotel with character and a great location to experience everything London has to offer. Walking distance to most attractions & a short hop on the Underground if you need venture further. The team are friendly & attentive, willing to ensure your experience is a great one! We can't wait to visit again!
