I made a contact request one evening and had a response the following morning from Andrew. We organised a telephone meeting to discuss my requirements and all stages were clearly explained, together with costs. All items discussed were followed by prompt actions and my account was set up the next day. The communication and speed of response is exceptional along with great knowledge and time taken to discuss and explain different options. The quality and speed of service is second to none and within one day of receiving my HMRC activation code for my tax return it was all completed, sent to me for approval and then filed with HMRC. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fortress and feel extremely fortunate to have found such a professional and attentive accounting partnership.

Fantastic service, very professional and always available for a call whenever I need information or advice. I was recommended to Fortress Accounts when I created my consultancy business in London a few years ago. At first I was tempted to do the accounts myself as I'm a chartered accountant but specialise in a different area. So expending on an accountant did seem like an unnecessary expense at first but with Fortress Accounts I've never had second thoughts and they have allowed me to focus on generating income rather than worrying about taxation and filing. If you are looking for a premium service which adds genuine value to your business and feels more like a strategic partnership rather than supplier then look no further.

Fortress accounts were recommended to me when I started out as a contractor. I had zero knowledge of looking after my accounts and dealing with HMRC and Andy Smith from Fortress was a god send. The knowledge and experience Andy Smith has in his line of business is outstanding. I received a professional, friendly and attentive service, where nothing was ever too much. The regular verbal and written communication I received was excellent, I could call on Andy with any issues I was experiencing and he would go out of his way to help. I would highly recommend using Fortress Accounts.

Fortress Accounts have made setting up and running my own business simple and hassle free. I have had all the expert help I've needed, whenever I've needed it, with a friendly, personal service from Andy. Company set-up, month-end and year-end has been quick and hassle-free. With so many options for accountants, I picked Fortress from a personal recommendation and don't think I could have got better value anywhere else!

Moving to Fortress Accounts was the best decision I took in terms of my business. I had used Andrew in the past at another firm but since his departure there, the service and attention to detail faded rapidly. Andrew really helped me to get my accounts in order and was always available to answer specific questions should I have needed it. The service is very personal and means you can ensure your financial accounts are accurate and compliant.

I worked with Andy some years ago and was always impressed with his service and business ethics. When he got in touch to say he now had his own company, I didn't hesitate to move my business to Fortress. Andy has given me very sound advice over the last few months and I have made some changes to the way I operate my business and feel that I am now doing so in a much more intelligent way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fortress to other clients. I feel I am in safe hands.
