   Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended. Chris arrived when he said he would, explained the potential problems with the tumble dryer, explained what he was going to do and what to do if his repair didn’t work (it did). The repair was very reasonably priced and much cheaper than a new machine. Very impressed and will definitely use Quickwash again.

   5* Professional, knowledgeable and efficient service **Don't bother looking elsewhere, contact this business, we did our research and could not fault them** We contacted Chris over a weekend, he replied promptly. We believed we had a problem with the heat pump in our NEF dishwasher. Explained the situation to Chris, who agreed to give us a call and arrange a site visit to confirm. On talking with Chris, we explained that were really worried about contacting someone to replace this, we have an expensive kitchen that we look after and wanted an engineer that understood ensured that the work was completed carefully and respectfully. We also discussed the pros/cons of fixing vs replacing and Chris provided us with the information to make an informed choice. Once we had spoken to Chris we knew he was the engineer we wanted! Very knowledgeable, not pushy and put our minds at rest. On initial site visit, Chris confirmed the fault and agreed to order a genuine NEF replacement part - like for like. He also agreed to return no later by the end of the same week to install. Chris surpassed this and contacted us within 48 hours of original visit to confirm he has the part and could he arrange fitting. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and took his time/care when working in our home. Very respectful and not adopting a 'typical tradesman' approach. As a fellow local business owner, Chris adopts the same values and approach to working in peoples homes as I do. It is refreshing to be on the receiving end and to have someone work in your home that is both professional and respectfully aware of their environment. Not just 'the job that needs doing'. I would not hesitate in recommending Chris. We will also be contacting him, should we need his expertise in the future. The part he installed has a 12 month warranty and he explained should there be any problem, he would arrange to come back out and address any issues. *Photo showing dishwasher located as originally installed, no damage or issues. The plinth I agreed to put back on, once dishwasher had ran a full cycle. Thank you again Chris.

   Had Chris come down a few days ago, and was so impressed and happy with the service. Was able to get in touch with him straight away, he told me when he was available, and came when he said. He couldn't find any fault with my machine, after having a very good look, but was still able to find a cause (the way we were using the machine). He didn't take any fee at the visit, saying to let him know how it goes. And it's been a few days and has been absolutely fine. Exceptional service and I would definitely recommend him!

   Chris was exceptional. Although it was a 2 minute job for him( My novice diy skills were extinguished by this simple problem!) He came, sorted and charged a reasonable fee for something that was starting to do my head in. Will now be my go to geezer for home appliance issues!!!
