   I have been using MOS for the last six years, as the ovens in my company get a lot of use and sometimes need parts replacing. Steve always provides a very efficient and prompt service. He is always willing to go the extra mile and whenever I have been in a bind, he has always managed to squeeze us in. I would strongly recommend MOS, and hope to continue using their services for many more years to come.

   Our fan oven was making some strange noises . Sent Steve a WhatsApp video and picture of the appliance on Saturday afternoon. Received a immediate reply. Steve called me on the Monday morning and ordered the part. Steve contacted me on the wednesday to inform me the part arrived. Arranged for Steve to attend today Thursday. Oven now fixed. What a excellent service. Highly recommend MOS Appliance care

   Messaged MOS late on 23rd December after my oven died. Steve was round early on Christmas eve and was able to rectify the issue. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was happy to answer any questions I had. Uses genuine manufacturer parts (Zanussi in this instance) so a little pricier than some, but worth it for the peace of mind. Would highly recommend

   Prompt and friendly service,found problem quickly and replaced part ( magnetron). Only downside is the charge of £100+ vat for the part which I later found on Amazon for £58. ,Having paid the acceptable cost of £75, for call out and labour,

   NEFF combined microwave required new magnetron and inventory. 10 years old, repair though expensive far less than new unit. I would have also had to replace oven due to appearance, difference. Steve completed without any issues so more than happy.
