I used National windscreens to get my van windscreen replaced. When i booked it in they said it would take up to 4 hours. They replaced it in 2 hours and the service was excellent. Great service.
Avoid this place unless you want to risk hundreds of pounds in damage to your car. I went in to have my windscreen replaced, and they ended up damaging my wiper motor. This issue was confirmed by a qualified mechanic. Despite that, they are trying to dismiss it as just “wear and tear.” I will be reporting this branch to Trading Standards as there are clearly serious issues with their service and accountability.
Very great experience, they are very professional, quick and great work. Came out to fix a broken passenger window. Good for price and a great job. Definitely recommend their service.
Quick service, only complaint is parking can be an issue
I had booked for my windscreen to be replaced by National Windscreens Leicester the guys came out to my workplace to do this, very convenient. Once complete I was called to say they had finished, as i was busy as work i did not have time to check over the work. When leaving work i noticed that the trims around the windscreen had not been replace correctly meaning water could get in to places it should not, they had also cracked the plastic trim at the bottom of my windscreen, did not replace a rubber washer on the wiper arm so water could get in to the mechanism, did not replace trim around the bottom corner of the windscreen. There was also glass all in side the car and silicon all over the new glass and the cream colour interior. After i had noticed this I had called them and sent images across, they arrange for someone else to come and fix the problem. These guys were very helpful and apologetic about what had happened, they had told me the the previous "technicians" had broken the clips on the trim that is meant to be fitted on the A pillars (hence why it wasn't fitting correctly) and then tried to silicon them in place hoping I would not notice. The new guys then cleaned off the excess silicon around the windscreen and and on the interior of the car tuck the trim away and said the trim would be replaced and the office will be in touch. I did not receive a phone call and had to phone to office my self to find out what was going on. I was told the parts will be ordered. It is now 2 weeks since the second lot of people have come out to my car and i have still not had the rectification work completed. I have rang the office twice to chase it up but not been given a date when this work will be done and I still have water draining in to channels it shouldn't be the people i have spoken to do really not seam bothered about this issue. I would not reuse this company ever again
Fantastic service, friendly, professional fitters. Regular updates from the contact centre was a bonus. The fitters even sorted our replacement wipers, and were done in under an hour. Top job from everyone!
Still waiting for my appointment which should have been yesterday and then was rescheduled for today and they still haven't turned up. No calls to let me know either. I have taken 2 days off work for this and noone has turned up or bothered to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. The customer service line couldn't even get through to anyone at the branch.
