   What a fantastic experience Marcus and Barbara gave us yesterday. From booking an appointment to handover the whole experience was amazing! Great communication via email and phone prior to the appointment and the showroom experience and walk around was brilliant. We even managed to purchase a dream item and we left feeling very well looked after! What a fabulous jewellery shop this is. Compared to Gold Smiths, we were made to feel welcomed, not rushed and a priority! Such a refreshing change! Cant wait to come back!

When I visited to explore engagement ring options, Brad took the time to walk me through a wide range of beautiful designs, which made it easy to find the perfect ring. The craftsmanship and quality of the rings are truly exceptional, and Brad’s knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process feel seamless. After the proposal, Brad even followed up to see how everything went and invited us back to the showroom to celebrate and tour the workshop — a really thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely be returning to choose our wedding rings!

   We had a fantastic experience at Pragnell shopping for engagement rings. My (now) fiancé and I decided we wanted to get engaged and that we would both choose a ring for him to propose with when he was ready. We went to several different jewellers in Leicester, and they all treated us great but something about the Pragnell customer service was exceptional. I felt like they took pride in their jewellery and the craftsmanship. When walking in the showroom, we both felt like they wouldn't have anything within our price range, as it was gorgeous, but they had a lot of choices! And they were willing to work within our budget to even create something bespoke, in the workshop upstairs. We didn't need to do this as they had the perfect ring in another store that they ordered in for me to try. We were looked after by Marcus, who was amazing. From start to finish, he couldn't do enough for us. He even gave my parents and me a tour of the watch workshop after learning my dad was into watches. We had an incredible experience, and my fiancé and I have both said we'll be back at Pragnell when the time comes to get our wedding rings! Thank you so much to the team for making the engagement all the more special.

Special mention for the outstanding service from Russell and Barbara who really looked after me, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, they are very professional, genuine, and very knowledgeable about their pieces.    Just want to start of by giving a huge thank you to Dermot, from the Pragnell Leicester Branch. I went in to Collect myself for a watch, Dermot was very polite throughout, we talked watches and had a great conversation, advised me on other watches I was interested in, explained everything and answered all questions I had, not just that, the little things like greeting me as I entered, he pulled out my chair for me so I could sit down, was very attenuative and just treated me with the utmost respect, which means a lot to me. Dermot thank you again very impressed by your customer service, extremely respectful, very insightful, extremely polite, just overall 10/10- from start to finish commendable service. Any serious watch collectors or even people trying to buy their first definitely recommend going through Dermot at the Pragnell Leicester.

   An incredible experience to go into the Leicester Branch and pick up our first Rolex. Dermot has been incredible all the way through, we met him a couple of times in the store and he was very professional and honest about the watches.    Well Charlie thank you very much for inviting me & Trish to the 2022 exhibition Patek Philippe collection. When we arrived the showroom was very busy indeed ,lots of customers. We were given a lovely welcome and was told that Russel would be a few minutes so we had tea & coffee very nice. Having spoken to Russel before when we purchased our watches, he made us very welcoming and processed to show case the fabulous 2022 collection of new watches having seen some of them before from afar but the new additions were very nice indeed. We both had a excellent time yesterday afternoon looking and trying on most models, and Russel was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
