I bought a bracelet with a matching chain, which looked really stunning. It actually matches so well with any formal attire I wear, so even at work it just gives off a classy look. The item looks far more expensive then it actually is. Its comfortable to wear, came in a lovely box, delivery was on time and I am really pleased with it. A staff member from dubaigems even call me up a day after to see if I had received my item and if I was pleased with it.
Do not trust this company… I ordered a necklace from them on Etsy only to understand that they have been manipulating the Royal Mail tracking reference for orders and sharing this information with multi customers. The owner refuses to take ownership and also refuses to resend the order or issue a refund. They keep using classic stalling tactics..
