Steve took on board our ideas, gave recommendations which you can tell is from years of experience in the trade and then actioned it into reality. He’s genuine, happy to help and was on the other side of the phone or via email if we had any questions before the work started. Steve works extremely hard… in the past I’ve seen other tradespeople/companies pop by for a few hours here and there and it just meant our project was delayed and lengthy. However, Steve was here first thing in the morning, always prompt and got to work straight away. It’s actually pretty impressive how much work and progress he makes in just one day and the quality is second to none… hence this 5* review!! I’ve used Steve on and off for various carpentry jobs and have to say, he is one of the most down to earth, honest hardworking guys I’ve met! Never any hidden costs and goes to great length to explain the processes involved in each job. Highly recommend.
Steve did an excellent job creating new shower room replacing old bath and installed new toilet in adjacent room He also had to replace the stud walls in both rooms Did a superb job and I would thoroughly recommend him.

I would fully recommend Steve and his team. When reading all the reviews I thought maybe it sounded too good to be true, but Steve really lived up to all the good reviews. He was so helpful, professional, hard-working and easy to have in our home. Steve planned the kitchen, taking into account our wishes, budget and sharing his experience of what would work well. He sorted everything with the kitchen guys, his plumber and electrician, arriving early and working late to solve problems (like the units arriving a day early). We're so pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Steve for Kitchen or Bathroom Installation/Repair. He and his team were highly efficient when they carried out a very challenging job at our property where there ended up being a lot of unforeseen remedial work. However, they still completed the job in the originally agreed timeframe, and kept us informed fully along the way. This was important to us given we work full-time and have a young child. We were able to rely on Steve to communicate with the relevant people to keep the project moving while were busy away from the house. Steve is very professional and made suggestions at the start of the project which have made our lives a lot easier with the kitchen and bathroom set-up which we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Go with Steve if you need a kitchen or bathroom doing you won't be disappointed!
Steve did our kitchen in Jan 2019 so we were keen to get him back to do both our bathrooms as his work was great quality. He didn't disappoint! Even when faced with problems or issues, Steve, and the other professionals he uses, took the time to work out a solution. His experience means he has a lot of vision and comes up with suggestions you may not have even thought were possible. Very happy with both our new bathrooms.
