   After we were told that my Nan's ring could not be made small enough to fit my finger, Cathy sat with us to design a new ring (using the same stone) to ensure that it still had the same feel but now felt like mine too. She listened to stories about my Nan and made the perfect engagement ring. We went back and also bought our wedding rings from Cathy Stephens. Everyone is the store has been so kind and understanding (even with us returning multiple times for re-sizing).

   Good old fashioned customer service at its very best. I was looking for a special ring but was unsure what I actually wanted. Pippa and Cathy went the extra mile to make sure it was right and there was absolutely no pressure I genuinely felt that they just wanted me to be happy with my final choice. The ring is perfect and absolutely stunning. I am also absolutely thrilled with the results of the resizing of my wedding and engagement rings. The work was done with such care and precision, and the rings now fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service and the final result. I highly recommend them!

   They stock the watch battery I need but refused to sell it to me. They will only sell with fitting included, for £10. The battery is easy to fit and costs £1.23 for one on amazon. I really don't understand this approach. Why insist on including a service I neither want or need as a condition of sale? I appreciate your response. We all make mistakes. I ordered a battery online and have just fitted it but thank you for your offer.

   Bought a bracelet for a birthday present, £40 for a simple piece of string with metal buckle- overpriced but fair if it’s for a gift and it good quality. Unfortunately it broke after 2 days (about 8 hours being worn in total), and I was rudely advised that I cannot get a refund as they ‘have the right to repair it’. I’m sure they have the right but they should be embarrassed clinging on to £40 like that when they could just as easily have their supplier refund them.

   I had some necklaces altered and Cathy had spent time designing and making new necklaces out of parts of other ones. Plus when we went to collect them; i was so so pleased with all the work that they had done. Cathy spent time with us and i left a really emotional and very happy bunny!!! Would recommend them. And we will come again thank you Cathy and team. .
