I was hoping the recent review about non appearance for washing machine repairs wasn't justified. But its true. They've let me down twice in 3 days. The second time they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they weren't coming. Very unprofessional. Potential customers beware!
Called for assistance on Thursday. Came out to me on the day. Assessed the issue, came back the following day with the part required and so had the washer/dryer repaired within 24 hours of my first contact with them. Really helpful and very reasonable price. Would definitely use again!
Absolutely fantastic service, had our washing machine break and sent a message on Sunday afternoon. Andy popped around the following morning, which was a Bank Holiday Monday. Well prepared with all the potential parts required, we were back up and running within 30 mins. Lovely personable guy and his wife that we made the arrangements with was lovely as well. Price was more than reasonable for the speedy, efficient service we received. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!
I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I had a tumble dryer that didn’t work and a washing machine that needed new bearings. Central Domestics came out very promptly and looked at the machines. They supplied me with 2 Quality replacement machines at a reasonable cost which I didn’t expect.. I had a secondary issue with the Washing machine machine and Central Domestics sorted this out straight away. Very friendly and helpful.
Unbelievably nice people! Came to them with a broken washer dryer which I thought was going to have to be thrown away and they Fixed it while we waited! Only took around 30-45mins and has saved us buying a new mechine! We had a nice chat while we waited and found out they have over 20 years experience and it showed with the knowledge they had! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back with any other things we need in the future.
