Fantastic service. The ladies on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I had a nice cosy place to sit whilst I waited. Even a movie to watch and some chocolates. All done within the hour. Will be back next year.
Honestly a 10/10 place. They all catered to my needs and wants. Same day pickup being one of them. You can’t beat the feeling of a new exhaust. Definitely will be using them again and again. The whole team were absolutely lovely, from the receptionists to the Mechanics absolutely amazing:) Brett, Shaun and Ewan were all wonderful to interact with and did an amazing job for me.
brilliant work on my GT86, straight piped with lovely torched tips all done to an unbelievable standard in house, results are astonishing i wouldn’t take a special car to any other place !

I feel very lucky to have found Protech. They have looked after my Audi TT 3.2 VR6 with great advice, time, care and attention. The Techs are great and the Support team really look after you. Rang around a few garages in desperate need to get my car looked at with no success! I rang manic mechanic (first time using this garage) and got an appointment in 2 days ! They were great! Needed 2 drop links replaced, the work got done the same day ! I would absolutely recommend these guys and will definitely return for any further repairs !
Found these guys when my car failed its MOT, they kept the car there with them and was truthful about the work that was needed to be done to it. Very patient while I had to wait for a delivery of another car and my broken one to be taken away. Highly recommend them and will be staying with them to look after my newer car.
Communication needs to be better. I was turned away from my MOT for being 10 minutes late when I was not. I was stood waiting for the receptionist to stop her conversation with another customer before I could be booked in for 7 of those 10minutes. I was then told I had to rebook had to rebook, luckily you had a next day appointment but this is not good customer service. Your not able to select an MOT time you choose AM or PM then are sent an SMS the day before with your allocated time, this doesn't make for a good customer journey.
I really wanted to write this review as Manic Mechanics have been absolutely flawless in the way they have looked after me and my cars. I picked up my Skoda after a major service today and honestly, the car is like a different car! Smooth and a pleasure to drive once again! Georgia was incredibly helpful and very accommodating with our car needs. The garage have always been honest and trustworthy and also offer a payment assist program so you don’t have to find the money straight away up front. Absolutely brilliant garage, definitely trustworthy, honest and reliable. Highly recommend! Many thanks.
