Contacted as Aquarius but informed trading under South Wales Plumbing. Initially helpful and efficient was quoted £240 to replace a shower and that quote was accepted. We were not consulted on shower unit that was to be fitted and as it turned out ended up paying a higher than quoted price of £288 for a 30-40 minute job to fit a bog standard cheapest version shower with incorrectly fitted control dial, not new rail fitted, not new shower head fitted. I rang following the fitting to discuss my unhappiness with the job and was met with a patronising defensive hostility. Will never again use this company and would not recommend to others!
