The staff are very helpful and caring. The owner took a lot of time to adjust a bracelet just for me to try on and also produced a lovely set of bangles. Everything is very reasonably priced.
We purchased a bridal jewellery set which had a faulty link , when brought to their attention the lady that worked there was super rude . The jewellery itself was brand new but such bad quality. Another link came off right in front of her while repairing, she would not even take any responsibility and was being rude on top of it . Such bad customer service ! Never going back there again.
They have lovely jewellery collection which goes with all kinds of Indian attire. I did buy one set which has a necklace, earrings & maang teeka. Although the saleswoman was not friendly, neither welcoming nor a smile on the face, she did provide the product for a good price. There are no returns or exchange available, however they provide repairs.

The lady who works on a Thursday is really helpful and lovely. However, the owner is rude and lacks any customer service skills. We bought a wedding jewellery set from here, one of the links needed tightening so we went back and she wanted to charge us £5! It was a fault on their part not ours, the jewellery hadn't even been worn! She then amended the jewellery, doing a bad job, so the string holding the necklace came apart and she didn't want to take responsibility for her mistake. She said if we take it home and find any other faults she won't repair it again, baring it mind it was her fault product then her faulty repair job! Even though they do have some lovely jewellery, I wouldn't purchase anything from there again due to faults and the rude owner.
