   Where to start... Firstly let's talk about customer service skills.. marks out of 10 would be a 0 My van was taken to this company and was advised due to staff shortage that my van wouldn't be diagnosed until the following week which was absolutely fine.. the following week come and I waited the whole week without even much as a phone call.. I rang up the week after and the way I was spoken too on the phone was just completely unacceptable. The "lady" made me feel like I shouldn't be calling them to ask on progress/diagnosis bearing in mind I run a company and my company is totally reliant on this van!.I was then told it would be looked at that week and had to call them again on the friday to see about progress.. again treated with attitude on the phone and assured I would get a call back that afternoon which I finally did get a call back.. the diagnosis may of been partially right but I think by turning a key on a vehicle and telling you a part is at fault without fully diagnosing the engine isn't the right way to quote and only leads the customer to further charges when other things are wrong that should of been diagnosed in the first place.i was then told 2 weeks until my van was ready.. waited 2 weeks and no phone call.. waited 3 more days to the point where I had enough and went to see what was going on with my van.. I kindly asked is my van ready and was the looks I had from the "lady' was enough to kill you!!!. Very rude reply and said no!'VERY BLUNTLY' it hasn't been looked at and we "hope" to get it in at the end of this week!!. Who knows if my van would of even been started at the end of this week and then have to wait a further 2-3 weeks possibly to get my van back. At this point there was only 1 thing left to do and that was to get my keys and pay for recovery a second time around to get my van removed from outside of there unit!. This company has literally costs me £1000's in loss of earning and couldn't care a less. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IS MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE!!

   We have been very impressed by the service of this garage. They carried out a very good repair of our daughter's car a few years ago for a fair price and they have just speedily resolved a problem with our car. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

   Absolute hell trying to get my previous car back to normal after them replacing the engine. The first engine replacement blew up and left me stranded on a motorway. The second one under they replaced under warranty had to be rebuilt by a different garage. Took 3 years to finally get the car back to a useable condition. I’m still bitter about it 5 years on. You know exactly who I am; grey Mini Cooper s. Good way of not taking accountability

   My car broke down and had to take it to the nearest garage, the lady on reception gale was very helpful even though we hadn’t booked an didn’t have a appointment she still come to have a look at the car, an even offered to have a look at it by Monday which was in a few days time, we were very grateful for her help, and due to something being a minor fault on the car they dealt with it very quickly an we had the car back within a hour, would definitely go here in the future if needed! appreciated your guys help!    Had an emergency with my car and when I contacted these, was asked to come in first thing the next morning. The problem was sorted there and then - fast and professional, really good customer service was provided. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

   Do yourselves a favour and do not go to this garage. I had a reconditioned engine fitted here which is now knackered and they don't want to know because warranty has ended even though its only done 13000 miles! I paid £2000 for it and I'm now faced with having to have a new engine again. Their customer service is terrible. I spoke to them yesterday and they didn't want to know so I wrote an email today explaining my thoughts. The email I recieved back was terrible including very poor grammar and spelling.. says it all about the place really. From their handling of this it also says to me that I am not the first customer to have experienced this.. So who knows what job they did on the so called re conditioned engine. You put your trust in a place but it seems they don't tell the truth.

   Had my Audi A3 2.0tdi engine rebuilt at S.V.S after timing belt snapped & wrecked it.. They were quicker than expected even though there were 2 bank hols in the time. Couldn't be happier with the result.the cars driving better & smoother & faster than when it was brand new.. Awesome place & amazing work carried out at S.V.S I would recommend 2 any1.. Until something goes wrong then they use every excuse in the book not to honour the warranty.
