   ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. Went to the shop to get a quote for a ring repair. The ring went to the Workshop and after A MONTH!!!! We got quoted £309. To put this into context The ring in question was only worth £30 but it had alot of sentimental value. We then Went to D.C Leakes which was 1 min walk away And they sorted the ring and resized it for £30 within a week. COMPLETE SCAM AVOID. Only 1 star as the staff in store were approachable and friendly

   I went in to get some links removed from my sons watch. Was served by Sarah (i think) who was polite, friendly and really helpful. Was advised to leave it with them so we did. Returned an hour later and it was already done. Would fully recommend using the Nuneaton store. Especially with how outstanding the customer service is.
