   If it says your open on your website then be open , or at least put a note on your door explaining to potential customers when you'll be back .You can't let people, some aged or have difficulties getting there turn up and be let down , poor customer service

   Took my wedding & engagement rings to be resized. Ben was fantastic, he was in the process of moving, which meant he wasn’t in the shop some days. But kept me informed when my rings were ready for collection. They look brand new, excellent service Thank you Kim

   Absolutely horrendous service, family ring quoted at 3 weeks and after multiple visits, multiple false promises and excuses, an incorrect ring, a lost stone (eventually found) the ring was finished after around 4 months. Avoid at all costs.

   Terrible lack of service. Took my ring in to have a claw soldered, 7 weeks later work still not done so brought my item away as did not want to wait any longer. Very poor no apologies from either jeweller and didn't seem at all bothered. Possibly more interested in " commission pieces " so much for supporting small family businesses. Will not recommend or use them again
