   We were served by Charlotte today in the Coventry shop. What a truly lovely young lady she is, she paid careful attention to what we wanted and could see we got a bit upset when we told her why we were shopping today. When we finished our order and the engraving was done , she said she was so touched by our story (our son passed away from sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 23) she told us that Pandora staff were allowed to do one act of random kindness and she wanted to do this for us. It brought more tears to our eyes in a kind and thoughtful way. We wanted to take the time to thank Pandora and also Charlotte for her kind words and her generosity. Thank you to everyone concerned Darren Slater.

   First time in Pandora UK I’m in the Coventry store on a very busy day and I have to say the customer service by Dawn, Donna and Lucy was amazing. Felt like I was a queen with all the help and information will definitely continue to drive the 30 minutes to shop here and stop ordering online. Worth the traffic ring roads and parking

   I went in Pandora, lower precinct yesterday afternoon and was so impressed by the kindness &patience of the 2 beautiful ladies & the assistant manager whose name I believe is Ryan. I wanted to buy a gift for my lil niece and they showed me several charms they thought would appeal to a child of her age. I ended up buying a lovely angel and I know she will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed my shopping experience. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back.

   Dawn was so lovely and helped with the purchase of various rings. She was friendly and attentive, I didn't wait for anything and my daughter got a tiny ring as well which Dawn helped size and was just overall fabulous.

   My daughter has been waiting in the cold for 40 minutes now as the website says boxing day opening at 9a.m. Either open when you say you will or update the website ** edit** now they are open.... but.... the tills don't work... what a joke

   Purchased a ring for my daughter, ring is faulty returned to store less than a month after purchase. Assistant was attentive, and explained the ring was out of stock and would be ordered into store. My contact details were taken and told the ring would be in store within two weeks. No contact made, called the store to be told to call into store. Called into store the following day, ring had only been ordered the day before ! was told I would be contacted with 5 days. Still no contact made. Have tried calling the store to no avial! Poor service and poor qulailty goods!

   Me and my mum came into the shop last weekend.My mum was very keen on buying a bracelet and some charms,the £99 deal to be precise).My mum was waiting for at least 20 minutes even though the staff could clearly see we were waiting but they just weren't bothered.After my mum having to physically shout over for assistance a lady finally came over,but just came across as if she didn't care. The lady asked my mum what size she was,but my mum wasn't sure as she'd never brought one before. The lady wouldn't let my mum try one on and just didn't want to know as if it was too much hassle to get and show different sizes out of the cabinet. Because of her poor attitude we decided to leave I really don't think the staff would of cared whether or not we did leave.Not good customer service at all I'll stick to the nuneaton one.
