   I took my engagement ring here as the diamond had come out of the claws , which had been bent when I caught my ring. I also needed my wedding ring cut off and both resized. John was extremely knowledgeable about the rings and was also reassuring when he cut my wedding ring off which only took a matter of seconds. When I collected them today I was amazed! They looked brand new having been fixed, resized and polished for a very reasonable price. The previous reviews were what made me take my rings here and I would encourage anyone to do the same! They have been in the city for years and it feels special to be able to go to Spon street and support this excellent business!

   Amazing work, price and service! My wife needed her wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring sizing down plus a repair on her engagement ring. The quote for the work was unbelievable, wedding ring was done within the hour, the other 2 took about 10days (as we were told) picked them up today and they are fantastic, you can't tell the works been done. We're so happy and have already recommended you to friends and family.

   Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by this lovely company. I took both my engagement and wedding ring to be resized after a significant weight loss, 4 weeks before my wedding. Both rings were resized 5 sizes in a matter of hours and immaculately cleaned. The process was explained to me throughly as my diamond band was at risk of releasing the stones in the resizing process and the work was completed same day! The price was more than fair and service phenomenal, far more than expected and blows what you’d receive from high street chains out of the water. Would recommend to anyone.

   A real find. Great, old school (in a good way!), friendly and professional service from John. Why aren’t all jewellers like this? My wife and I wanted ‘his and hers’ silver signet rings engraved with a personal message to mark a special wedding anniversary. John supplied two high quality rings at a very reasonable price. He took time to consult with us and advise on the engraving, so he really understood our requirements. The engraving was then outsourced to an expert in his field and was carried out to an excellent standard. Despite the fact that our purchase was modest by jewellery standards, we were never made to feel less than highly valued customers throughout the design and purchase process. This was especially appreciated as we were travelling from Peterborough on each occasion. We were thrilled with the finished items, which John was happy to size as required as part of the agreed price. Recommended without reservation for genuine, personal and bespoke service (even if you’re not spending thousands) so often lacking in the retail sector.

   Very wonderful staff. Care about you and your jewellery. Melted down a family heirloom to custom make a beautiful wedding ring with the same metal and stone years ago. Came back today to get a charm put onto my necklace for yet another custom piece. Would recommend to everyone. Lovely people lovely quality

   I had a ring resized here recently and the quality of work was perfect. The ring came back perfectly sized and was polished beautifully making it look brand new. The turn over was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I'll be popping back soon to get my necklace fixed too.
