   I witnessed a frustrated mother defending herself and her daughter from the manager at Claire’s Coventry for profiling and snatching a paid item out of her child’s hands. I hope to god something is done about this manager. It’s not a good look and it’s disgusting behaviour. The yelling was understandable from my end, if a worker did this to my child I’d be livid.

   I took my daughter to Claire’s thinking she was going to back out but after Jace and Stacey reassured her that the was nothing to worry about she had her ears pierced whilst laughing in excitement. They made the whole experience very pleasant for her and she is delighted with her pierced ears.

   I took my daughter here for her ears pierced after a really bad experience previously at another shop. I honestly can’t thank Chloe and Laura so much the patience they had with her was absolutely phenomenal and the customer service from both the ladies was amazing. They reassured her constantly and such an asset to Claire’s. Thank you both so much my daughter is in love with them xx

   the order was placed online and even after 2 days it is not ready for pickup. when normally between 2-4 hours it is ready for pickup. It is not the first time this has happened at this store. I do not recommend.

   Ear piercing done here for my young daughter today. 1st time she had them done. The young assistant called Klaudia was very professional and reassured my daughter it will be ok and she got a sweet after.. I would recommend this place for 1st time piercing, also they have lots of hair and earing accessories, we picked a good set of earrings. This is right in the city centre opposite lady godiva statue.

   Had to take some earrings back as the CZ stone had come out of the claw setting. I hadn't worn the earrings as yet. I took them back to Claires in Primarni Plaza. The assistant I saw was very helpful. Asked if I wanted another pair or a refund. When I said I wanted another pair, she went straight to the stand where the earrings had been to locate a new pair for me. The assistant was very pleasant & helpful & I didn't at anytime feel like I was a nuscience at all. I love going into Claires. The staff are always friendly & welcoming & always let you know what special offers are on.
