   Lack knowledge and accountability; I took my Audi A3 for wheel alignment after recent suspension repair; my car was drifting towards right. The senior mechanic couldn’t fix the issue on first attempt, didn’t validate if the problem is solved, half way through while driving back home, noted that the car is drifting towards left. Took back to them, sent me back with a new appointment time, went back again, attempted to fix the issue, after the attempt this time, asked him to test drive so that the mechanic validates for himself but he said, “i have no time”. Fine, i took the car back and noted that the issue is now even worse. Obviously annoyed, called up the same day, didn’t answer, next day when i spoke to the mechanic, he states now the problem should be with the rear wheels. Had to argue to get the money refunded. I could clearly see the lack of diagnosis skill, accountability. Won’t ever recommend to anyone.

   This family run Company has looked after all our work and personal vehicles for many many years and we cannot fault them. Paul is a great local business owner. The service is always spot on. They will go the extra mile to get things done and quickly. They are very competitively priced as well. All in all I would reccomend them to everyone, especially Anthony, he is a diamond. Thank you guys, keep it up !

   Great service, no rush to rip off a woman who knows nothing about cars. Went the first time with a suspected slow puncture and they pumped up all my tyres for free and said see how it goes. Went back 10 days later and they fixed the leak for £16. Only drawback here is that it can get really busy as obviously they have a great reputation.
