   There seem to have been a lot of negative reviews of Dragon on here, but my experience was entirely positive. They booked me in quickly for the work, did good work and for a fair price. I had a new window installed in my Transit camper conversion and all went well. Good stuff!

   Worst business I have ever dealt with. Booked my car in for window repair on Friday they promised work would be done between 10-2 the following Monday. Waited in all day Monday, phoned them at 2pm they said they were on their way to mine from another job, and never turned up. They wouldnt pick up the phone when I rang after 2pm, a relative phoned in for me off a different number and they answered, stating that I was booked in for tomorrow. I will never use this company again, worst customer service i've recieved to date. Thank God I didnt give them a deposit!

   Had been given a price and time for the work by Nationwide Windscreens, next thing I know, this lot turned up. Disregarded the scheduled time all together, had to run out of the shower as I wasn't expecting them yet. Then came the pricing, nothing like the price given on the phone, denied everything and wanted to charge more. The work could have been better! Unprofessional, even told me they had locked the car afterwards, only to find it hadn't been locked at all. Would avoid this company at all costs.
