   We recently went to Northern Star Bespoke Jewellery LTD after my mother-in-law passed away. My husband wanted to incorporate pieces of her jewellery, along with his nan’s, into his wedding ring, and the result was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship was stunning and exceeded all of our expectations. A special thank you to Amy, who was incredibly caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. She made a very emotional experience feel comfortable and meaningful, and we are so grateful for her support. We couldn’t be happier with the finished piece or the service we received.    Brilliant service- after being told repeatedly at other jewellers that making a wedding band to fit my engagement ring would be impossible, I am over the moon. Matt took the time to scan in my engagement ring to create a “perfect fit” wedding set. Adorned with leaves and a thin band for my tiny hands- I couldn’t be happier.    Lovely people in store, but really upset with the finished piece of gold jewellery, it's of a poor finish, dented in a number of places 'dinked' and misshaped. After months and months of waiting, the ingot of what was 'repurposed' family history was hugely disappointing, and nothing close to the required design. It is amateurish goldsmith work at best. It saddens me to say i could not recommend.

   I chose Matthew and the team to make my partners engagement ring. Matthew took the time to find out what I wanted and made exactly what I asked for. I was able to pick the diamond and my partner was over the moon knowing the ring was bespoke and handcrafted. We have since gone back for our wedding bands to be made and once again the service was outstanding and helpful. Would highly recommend Matthew and the team.

   The team were fantastic throughout the whole process, and came up with some beautiful ideas. They were also really patient sourcing different stones for me to choose from, and the end result was perfect. My fiancée was over the moon with her one of a kind engagement ring. Highly recommended. The customer service is fantastic, and the jewellery is incredible.

   We asked Matt at Northern Star to help us celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary by having new rings designed. My wife's wedding ring had become worn and tired looking. After discussing some options with Matt he recreated the engagement and wedding rings and they are absolutely gorgeous. Absolutely top class service, design ideas and workmanship. If you're looking for pure class, look no further. 10/10.

   I worked with Northern Star earlier this year to have a family heirloom diamond re-set. From start to finish, the whole team were extremely helpful, responsive and made it a wonderful experience. My new ring is breathtaking and gets regular compliments. The service was so good, my boyfriend then used Northern Star to create my engagement ring, which again is amazing- beautiful craftsmanship and excellent service- have been recommending to everyone!
