   I ordered a bracelet and a clover necklace on 04/12 via website and got a mail on 06/12 saying it’s on its way through international delivery as I live in Norway. I’m yet to receive the item, tracking details or any update and I have messaged through their site 3 times with absolute silence! Horrible customer care! Cannot believe these kind of companies still exist in UK! In Norway such companies can never survive!!

   Staff discriminating against people with disability. The shop was just closed and staff told us not to go there-display area , available to view after the shop is closed. My son was wearing sunflower lanyard. I wonder if people with no disability are treated the same.

   I bought some 9 carat gold studs yesterday. They were only £19.99 but when I actually got them home they were far too small. I should have taken them back but didn't. I wore them all day. but when I showered this morning the back fell off one and was so small I couldn't find it. A total waste of money! I wish I had done more research and taken more time to look for some that actually fitted the bill. Now I realise they come in different sizes so I will be looking for 9mm studs.

   Bought my mum a bracelet here for christmas, cost 45 pound and quality was bad. My mum wore it once and it bent out of shape and clasp broke. Took back for refund and found better bracelet in next for fraction of price.

   Great place to shop, staff helpful even with que going out the door at this time of year. Staff were asking whst you wanted they give you a piece of paper with your item on it. Go to till pay get it wrapped all ready for Christmas.... well done guys. Great staff....

Warren James have so much variety of products on offer which is amazing because there's so much you are often stuck making a decisive decision. The staff are very helpful and always willing to offer help when in store (They don't invade customers personal space whilst they look). I would recommend Warren James to anyone who wants great jewellery at a cost effective rate including engagement rings.
