   Booked my bike in to have a full exhaust system fitted and remapped. Nick did a amazing job. Bike is so much more responsive after the map & the small pops and bangs from the exhaust makes you smile. Nick knew his stuff and whole experience was great.    My 2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4 S with full Akrapovic exhaust was suffering from usual problems of a jerky throttle especially from 0-15% throttle, restricted gears, no grunt and little character, hoorah for euro 5 compliance. However it’s now been given a new lease of life, the throttle action is smooth throughout the range, picks up instantly, 186 HP at the rear wheel, what more can I say, RRP have done to it what Ducati wanted to do to it but can’t because their hands have been tied together with ropes bound by EU bureaucrats.

   Went in for cct replacement and valve service. Was told I'd be contacted later with a quote. Two weeks later I message them to be told I would get pricing the following day and havent heard anything since. Having the work done elswhere now. If you want your bike tuned and track ready then seems like it's the place to go. Anything else and I wouldn't bother. Edit: so apparently because I'm not gifted with extra sensory perception and can't know from nothing that someone was ill, I'm now a horrible person. Even if it is true(which I don't believe), you're running a business and seems I'm not the first, nor will i be the last to get strung along. Shame you had to resort to insults because you got called out for poor customer service.

   Booked appointment, turned up ten minutes early to find doors locked, waited another twenty minutes and left won't be coming back. Hi I first visited on the 30th July and remember speaking to your Dad for over twenty minutes, he called you to let you know I was waiting to see you, I spoke to you and booked my bike in for the following weekend (Saturday) you said you was busy in the morning so 2pm would be best for you, the following Saturday 6th I arrived ten minutes early only to find the doors locked, your neighbour said you were there only a few minutes earlier, he said I should ring your landline as it may divert to your mobile, it wasn't so I left a voice message, I waited another twenty minutes, standing in full leathers and getting hotter by the minute.

   I have been using Nick to service and add Exhausts, after market products to my bikes for nearly 3/4 years now . He works on all my Superbikes H2 , BMW , Ducati .. Always does an excellent job . I always walk away content knowing that the work that has been carried out is of the highest quality . Knows his stuff and does the job properly . Great family business and very trustworthy .

   Nick & Jack are so knowledgable they set up the suspension brilliantly and no fuss. Went out for a test ride WOW the difference was night & day. I’m now getting the service and MOT done there. Their service is excellent the prices are too next is an ecu flash I’ve heard great things about this service from them especially as Nicks an ex racer so I can’t wait.    Took my Triumph Bonneville ST here for new Pirelli tyres and a service and what strikes you first is the friendly customer service you receive from the initial phone call through to the drop off and pick up. Nick and his team have an enviable reputation in the area and if your lucky enough and local enough to be able to have these guys look after your ‘wheels’, then why would you go anywhere else. Thanks for doing this work as we ease out of lockdown.
