Sue has been invaluable in helping us understand and work with our gorgeous gold retriever as he has been growing up. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviour and we would not consider going to any one else. We would definitely recommend her.
Sue helped me so much with my Romanian rescue. Sue helped me understand their behaviours and showed me ways to distract him and advised me what food to feed him. I was given plenty of videos to watch and tips to help. Sue said she was available by phone or text if I have any problems with him and to give an update on his progress. I recommend her if you are struggling with your dogs behaviour.
Sue helped me understand how to deal with my rescue dog’s reactivity towards some other dogs. I’d already been to one dog behaviourist who, to be honest, had no idea. Sue’s plan was simple and made sense. 4 years on we still revert back to training occasionally but I now have a “normal” dog and we have great worry free walks.
Sue is an exceptional behaviourist. She also runs a dog walking service which is second to none. During my recent illness they have truly stepped up as a team - everyone is lovely - nothing is too much trouble & I trust them completely. Myself and my 'bear' would be lost without them.
I can’t thank Sue enough for helping transform my dog. She showed me the correct techniques to use to tackle reactivity and although it is a long road to recovery I can see the difference already. Sue gave me some great advice on muzzle training - when I thought I couldn’t get any further and within two weeks of the extra tips my dog is comfortable with the muzzle. I love that she contactable when I have a follow up question as it is so reassuring she is just a message away when I need a bit of extra help. Had Sue visit to discuss our rescue Hungarian Puli's escalating anxious behaviour that had become very stressful for all of us and was becoming potentially dangerous. She was amazing!!! Lovely, holistic view of the situation and tips on how to train him to become less anxious in everyday situations - also on getting our older Cockapoo guarding less as this increases the problem. Tips already showing huge promise for a much more peaceful life for everyone. Will be looking to use their pet sitting service, too. One million percent recommend!!!!!
