Blown away with winning this beautiful Rolex Daytona in the Watches of Wales competition. I was rang and emailed by the company with the amazing news with the watch arriving the next day, signed for by Royal Mail. The Rolex is in mint condition, boxed with all paperwork, absolutely delighted to win my first ever competition. Many thanks to all at Watches of Wales.
I was due to travel 170 miles one-way for a MK1 Starbucks that I’ve been trying to add to my collection for some time & I came across one at Watches of Wales at a higher cost. After multiple emails back and forth, Paul price matched it and as a bonus it was a newer watch than the 170 mile one. It was a deal I couldn’t refuse especially being local and on the doorstep. Booked an appointment straightaway to visit the next day. Me and my partner met Paul and he was very presentable in the new Pontyclun store. I was always dubious about buying a preowned watch but rest assure, Paul was brilliant and professional about the time piece sale. I’m loving my new submariner and I can’t keep my eyes off it! Over the past 8 months, I have participated in WoW competitions once or twice a month and I have been fortunate to win twice. Each time, I only purchased one or two tickets. The competitions are authentic, and the watches come in pristine condition with their original box and papers. The company is excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly, the office is cool and worth a visit to meet the team if you decide to collect in person. I'm aiming for a third win—fingers crossed!
Buyer beware: company lists wrong pictures of watches for sale. Bought a watch with no flaws on pictures. Arrived with visual dirt on dial and hands. The store simply said that “the pictures are not of the exact watch”. Had movement issues as I received the watch, asked for a repair under warranty since it hasn’t been even a week of ownership, the store arranged pick up by fedex. They never came. They Scheduled another one. Again never came. Afterwards the store stopped all communications. No follow ups or anything.

Paul and the WoW Team are fantastic and experts in their field. I purchased a Rolex Submariner Date back in 2018 and have been absolutely delighted with it! Will be in touch to add to my collection very soon. They are not pushy at all and communication was prompt, polite and exact. They gave me a superb price for my Omega Seamaster as a part exchange and then posted my new watch over to Bristol when the purchase was complete. My watch was posted tracked and signed for and I could even track it live on the Royal Mail System! My new watch even arrived triple boxed and in one of their own branded luxury boxes as well as the genuine Rolex one inside which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Watches of Wales to anyone in the market looking to purchase a luxury timepiece or special item of rare jewellery. It’s no surprise that a number of high profile celebrities use them to purchase their watches and not tolerate the poor service from Authorised Dealers! I’ll be in touch soon for my next one!
Bought a female Rolex Date Just, off these guys- when it arrived the watch was in great condition as they mentioned in the descripton. However, no business is perfect and always needs feedback to improve so the only things I would say Watches of wales needs to improve on: 1) (In this case) - state within the description about the box that the watch came with as it had some sort of mould or rust - I werent expecting it to come like that becaue it werent stated in the descripton so potentially be more descriptive in every watchs case. 2) Before purchasing the watch, I had a few questions before hand that I made via whatsapp and after one message, there were no more replies.. but I still purchased the watch anyway, however, I know people would have left it and you would of lost out money wise- so just bare in mind for the future that your communication should improve. Towards the end when I requested a call back to find out insurance options i must say it was very good by Jordan. Overall very happy ! but if you could improve on the above that would be great.
