Had 2 wedding rings and 1 solitaire engagement ring resized. All platinum, so we wanted someone reputable and professional. Chose Andrew for these reasons. Not disappointed. Rings look like new. Really really pleased.
Excellent customer service by Louise . She was so enthusiastic to get by dad’s boxing cup back to its former glory . It mean’s so much to myself & my family to have it restored to such a wonderful finish as a tribute to dad who recently passed away . I highly recommend a visit to their shop ❤️
Excellent repair of a heavy rose gold chain, and the addition of a safety chain for a reasonable cost. My only complaint would be the length of time I waited in shop to collect my piece of jewellery, as the member of staff dealing with me did not seem clued up and had to confer with other staff about numerous details of the cost.
I had my wedding ring resized here recently. It is almost 70 years old and belonged to my grandmother, so is filled with so much sentimental value. They did a beautiful job on a ring that is an odd shape (hexagonal on the outside) and it came back looking beautiful and shiny. And most importantly, it now fits! Very pleased.

Went today for a ring for my granddaughter. Staff were brilliant. Although they don't sell childrens rings my granddaughter chose one and they are going to resize it to fit and a reasonable price
Ordered from the website on Saturday 14.11.20. Email confirmation received immediately. Received another email Monday 16.11.20 to say order completed and on its way. Parcel arrived Wednesday 18.11.20 and had a little pack of sweets enclosed. Lovely touch. Would highly recommend.
