What a beautiful place to stay. Staff were so welcoming and friendly; accomodation exceeded our expectations and the views were to die for, from the hottub... close to some fantastic restuarants. Great for a winter break as quieter than high season... will definitely book again and stay for longer

We had a wonderful summer stay at No. 7. The house was spotless, modern, and really comfortable — we especially loved the hot tub and roof terrace. The swimming pool and gym were great extras, and Talland Beach was just a short walk away for swimming and paddleboarding. A perfect location between Looe and Polperro — peaceful yet close to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

Had a great time here, staff were super approachable and helpful! The house was wonderful with plenty of storage and utensils to use. Slept really well and enjoyed the view every minute of our time there. Walks were stunning in both directions but be prepared for relentless steep climbs!

Well we were there last week!! We stayed in house 9 which was a great choice, very close to the pool and the reception. The house itself was very nice, very comfortable for 7 of us and a great advantage of having 3 bedrooms with en suite! And hot tube was and lovely added touch. All the ground was very well kept, with some fantastic views. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully be back soon.

Large, comfortable, well-appointed house and a hot tub with sea view. Great views from cliff top over the coast between Looe and Polperro. On the coastal path, just an hour's walk from Polperro. Swimming pool, sauna and gym on site

Absolutely love this place! Myself and friends have stayed here 2 years running in house 27 and are returning this year for the 3rd year in a row. Lovely and quiet with amazing views and facilities! Will recommend for anyone who wants a short/long stays near the coast in Cornwall

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s a great place to meet up as families, you can have your separate villas but even as an extended family of 16 there’s enough space to get together in just one viola in the evenings. The views are spectacular and it’s so quiet. There is easy access to the local costal path and a nice walk down to the beach. Be aware however, that everywhere is a steep climb! The second time we stayed the main route in got iced up and some of the family had to abandon their cars. The management were excellent though allowing us a later departure time so we could wait till the roads had thawed. We would well recommend a stay at the Bay!

The booking and check in processes were seamless. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and our house was ready. We loved it! The location is amazing. Will definitely return.

Just a great place to stay, need the track to be wider, and small shop on site. Had three magic holidays there, on the house it either need security rails in the bathroom or the bath removed and a wet room put in for disabled access. Also needs hot tub in garden.
