   We have been visiting this beautiful part of Cornwall for many years, always staying at accommodation booked through House By The Beach. Sally & Mike are always available to assist . We have stayed at many of the cottages on the books and have never been disappointed. The village has a safe little harbour and sandy beach perfect for families. The local shop is well stocked with the most amazing cakes. The chip shop is one of the best we have frequented. Perfect location for exploring other parts of Cornwall. Our children have grown up here at our forever holiday home. Thank you Sally & Mike

   Fantastic service provided by Sally and her husband. We have stayed in Gorran Haven almost every year since 2010. We’ve stayed in a fair few of the houses that Sally and Mike look after for their owners. While the houses obviously differ on location and facilities the warm welcome form Sally and Mike does not. They are always on hand in case you should need them and we can happily report that we have only needed them twice in 12yrs, both times they were there on hand to help with the problems. The beautiful beach at Gorran Haven is the highlight of the village and the fish and chip shop is awesome possibly the best fish and chips we’ve had. Highly recommend booking your holiday cottage via house by the beach, I cannot believe you’d be disappointed.
