We came for a swimming party which was fantastic, whilst we were waiting my 4 year old who was not in the party wanted some food so we ordered a meal. I noticed there was a party in the seating area and no seats so asked for the food to wait half an hour until our party was in there and the lady serving me said she couldnβt hold it for that long maybe only 5 minutes. I asked for a refund and she wouldnβt refund me because she had started the food. Sheβd got a big tub of bolognese sauce out of the fridge ready to portion off she hadnβt started heating anything. After asking for the manager I ended up sitting at the information desk so my little one could eat her bolognese and after mentioning 3 times they still bought out my food. I sent it back and half way through the manager came back over and did refund me for my food. Not very good customer service at all from the cafe staff.

Most weeks we come the sanitary bins are overflowing. Could do with making sure the cafe isnβt full of non paying customers. There are signs but doesnβt seem like anyone cares. Out of 20 tables usually 2 have actually bought anything. There are dedicated viewing areas for swimming which are wheelchair accessible so thereβs no excuse to hoard in the cafe.

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional personal training I have received from Harvey Dzubia over the past month. To be honest, before I started working with Harvey, I was considering cancelling my membership due to my low attendance over the last year. However, hiring him has been the best investment I've made in my fitness journey, and I'm now fully committed to my training here. In just a short time, my workouts have become more intense and effective than ever before. I'm lifting more weight than I thought possible and feel stronger with every session. What has impressed me the most is Harvey's deep understanding of exercise science. He pushes me to new limits, but his programming is so intelligent that I no longer experience the severe muscle soreness I used to associate with hard workouts. This has allowed me to stay consistent and motivated without feeling constantly drained. Beyond his technical skills, Harvey is an incredible motivator. He creates a positive and encouraging environment, and his focus on perfect form has given me the confidence to tackle challenging exercises safely. The detailed weekly reviews he provides are invaluable and show how much effort he puts into his clients' success. Harvey is a huge asset to your team, and I wanted to ensure his fantastic work and positive impact do not go unnoticed. Thank you for fostering such a high standard of personal training at your facility.

Lovely clean & welcoming. I was anxious about going on my own after over 10 years of not exercising. But from start to finish I was comfortable & happy. Staff very helpful & happy, changing rooms spotlessly clean & plenty of car park space. It's really helped me on my new journey & I've already booked to go again.

Come to this gym if you want to be first in at 6am and everyday without fail, find the pictures mess because members donβt put the weights back, and staff watch and donβt say anything and then leave them there at closing time as well. Most days cleaning products and wipes are not restocked so machines are left full of sweat. Gym rarely has any staff in it before 8am and they let kids come in and use weights without supervision. Potential to be great, most members are brilliant but the way it is ran is embarrassing, dangerous and unacceptable.

Wouldn't even give this place a 1. Just appalled by the level of service. I rang a day prior to ask about there gym usage, explained I was a pro-athlete and wanted to come in for rest day cardio, was told this would be fine. Turned up to be told by a very rude staff member that I need a gym induction, I explained the above, she then took a call whilst still talking to me and said I still needed an induction to TURN the machines ON and OFF.

Excellent new venue. Swimming pool was great - like the lane booking as you know it won't be over-crowded. And the changing facilities and a vast improvement on what there was before at Hermitage and better than Hood Park. Better than some private gyms too. Important to encourage me to use regularly before work so I know it will be a pleasant experience.

It's great to have this centre in Coalville. It has brilliant facilities with something to offer for all. The gym is often busy but never too busy to do a workout and literally has it all. The virtual fitness class is a nice touch as there's plenty of slots available and it's easy to book through the app and rarely oversubscribed. I would say the membership fee is steep compared to other areas but it is about the same price as other gyms in the Coalville area and this one gives you access to the gym, pool, health suite etc. Other than that the only downside is I think the toilet and shower facilities could be cleaned more frequently as on occasion they have been substandard and it is something customers have noticed.

Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre was opened in February 2022 and the price of the construction was Β£ 22.5 millions. The purpose of this centre is to provide high quality services and facilities, to improve the health and wellbeing of residents, to reduce health inequalities within the district, to educate, protect and provide opportunities for young people. This Centre is open Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 22.00, Saturday and Sunday from 7.30 to 18.00. Here you can find a modern gym where you can fit your body. The swimming pool has 25 m long and 8 lane. Apart of this they have a teaching pool for kids where they provide swimming lessons. In the Sports Hall it's possible to play badminton, basketball, volleyball, netball, tennis, football and table tennis. In the Sports Hall a lot of parents choose to celebrate their kids birthday, because the staff from this centre know how to organize very well.
