    We have used this pool for over 20 years for our autism swimming group on a Saturday afternoon. Since Swim@bosworth took over they have made life so difficult for those with disabilities. TIme and time again, they have cancelled on us - with 1 hour notice today - families were coming on two buses to get here or by taxi to find the swimming had been cancelled.

    The lessons were fine. Unfortunately I had to cancel and it is the cancellation procedure that lets them down. They literally try every trick in the book to slow you down so that they can take an extra month’s subscription by direct debit and then make it as difficult as possible to get that refunded. It’s painful and totally unnecessary. 2 weeks later and I am still no further forward.
