   Booked in for badminton today at 10.00 , went through reception to book in and she asked do we need any equipment, I showed her our rackets and she said oh that's good go through. I asked her is the court ready and she replied of course. We walked round to the area where the courts are to find no courts have been erected. This has happened 3 times in as many month's, how difficult is it to look at what people have pre-booked and paid for, so you can ensure everything is ready. We did not get started until 10 minutes past the hour and lost valuable time. Nobody approached us to apologise, very disappointed.

   As a gym member who spends a significant time there doing a variety of things I cannot praise the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. I always feel welcomed and cared about and if there issues they work hard to resolve. The atmosphere is kind and supportive and I have made some wonderful friends there keep up the good work guys x

   We like our local leisure centre’s good range of activities, well equipped gym, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good range of classes too. Family swim sessions are a particularly good feature as the pool has a moveable floor, making the shallow end of the pool very large. Small cafe has all the essentials.

   Lovely little sports centre. The children's swimming lessons are great, far superior to the Diamond Jubilee Centre in Rugby in my humble opinion

   Not the best family swim session today, first time at the leisure centre £12.50 for 3 people so not cheap, found a lot of the lockers to be hard to use or not working, the toilets connected to the swim changing rooms were dirty, not the biggest pool when its split into shallow and deep end but i guess a positive was that there were floats and balls out to use, however after coming out both my kids have reported rashes on their skin, boy with shorts on has a it on his tummy and girl with swimsuit on has it on her thighs. Shame really. So heads up.
