We stayed here recently and were allocated Lodge 30. The first day was fine, however on the second day we went to use the hot tub and found it had lost over half of its water. Unfortunately, reception opening hours meant this couldn’t be dealt with promptly, leaving us without a functioning hot tub for an entire day. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this stay, and as we were only there for three nights, this meant we missed out on around 33% of our stay. After reading other Google reviews, it’s clear this issue has been reported multiple times before, yet it still hasn’t been resolved. What made this more disappointing was the lack of communication and compensation. Given the cost of the stay, I would have expected better. If there is a known fault, guests should be informed in advance and given the option to change lodges, receive a discount, or at the very least be offered a workaround so the hot tub can still be used. Overall, this issue significantly affected our experience and left a sour impression. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend staying here, which is a shame as Stratford-upon-Avon is a beautiful place to visit and this could otherwise be a great location.

We'd previously stayed in a Hoseasons Lodge in Ashbourne identical to this one and had a lovely experience, so we were really looking forward to this stay. Upon arrival the lodge was spotless and the hot tub was working fine. Unfortunately, on the second night, we opened the hot tub to find the water level had dropped by half. As reception had closed at 5pm, we had to wait until the morning to report it. While looking through more google reviews we saw that someone had mentioned having almost the exact same issue in the same lodge a month prior. Since the hot tub was the main reason we booked this stay, it was disappointing to be put in a lodge with a known ongoing issue. Reception were helpful when we spoke to them, and maintenance did eventually visit as promised. However, that evening, the water level lowered again slightly and we had to use a hosepipe to fill up the hot tub. While it was good to have a workaround, you'd really expect the hot tub to be fully functional given the price of the stay. Unlike our experience at Ashbourne, it didn't seem that daily hot tub checks were taking place here. The lodges also do overlook each other, so the hot tub area doesn't provide much privacy. While there were some positives to our stay, we personally wouldn't recommend this location or return in the future.

Located very conveniently and in 5-10 minutes drive you will find a massive shopping centre with all shops, tesco, m&s, pundland, iceland etc. additionally there are few food shops too greggs, pizzahut, burger king. Its massively helpful. We stayed in a 1 bed studio and I really liked the layout of the cabin. Luckily we got a room very close to parking and it was very helpful. Kitchen had all essentials equipments with a massive fridge. Living room had a good TV but unfortunately I was not able to plug in my chromecast to it as I couldn’t find a plug point near which was a negative. However there was another tv inside the bed room and it was very handy and was able to plug in my chromecast easily. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were very bad that was the major downside of the whole cabin, i think that need to be addressed sooner. Wash room was spacious and had no issue at all. Check in was very quick and they were very helpful. You could reach town centre in less than 15 minutes and it was very helpful. I would highly recommend the lodge but I hope they ll work on pillows and beds in future.

The location was great and the lodge itself was lovely clean, comfortable (except the sofas), and well-equipped with all the essentials. It was just a shame that the TVs didn’t allow logins for Netflix or other streaming services, but that’s only a minor gripe. We stayed in Lodge 39 and unfortunately had some issues in both bathrooms. When we first arrived, both bathroom floors were soaked, and we quickly discovered this was due to the showers constantly dripping, with water splashing onto the floor. We also found that the ensuite shower tray filled up with water as soon as we used it. Reception initially explained this as being due to the “construction and levels” of the lodge, which didn’t sound right. When maintenance came out to replace a faulty iron, I asked them to look at the shower, and they found it was blocked with hair and soap scum - clearly an ongoing issue that hadn’t been addressed by previous guests or cleaning staff. The dripping, however, was caused by faulty shower heads, and although the maintenance person said he’d order replacements from Screwfix and return the next morning, this never happened despite me raising it three times. We stayed 4 nights. It’s a shame that small but noticeable issues like this aren’t being picked up and resolved, especially as the flooring clearly showed this had been happening for some time. It did make us feel a bit like we were being a nuisance for reporting fairly basic problems. Lastly, we noticed on the final night that the hot tub lid wasn’t secure in high winds because the clips it ties to were broken/missing — something that could easily cause damage or injury if not fixed soon. Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the setting and comfort of the lodge, but the lack of follow-through on maintenance let things down slightly.

We had a really lovely long weekend in a 2 bedroom lodge with a hot tub. Great location for Stratford, Warwick, and Leamington Spa. The lodge itself was roomy and was clean. The lodge was starting to look tired in places (the laminate floor was starting to peel and there were scuff marks on the walls). But the main things like the bed and bathrooms and kitchen were clean. So overall happy. The beds were comfortable and the heating worked well. The hot tub was good and really warm in the October chill. We had an issue with the water jets initially and the team sorted it straight away. Barbara in reception was really lovely. We received a lot of communication before arriving so we knew we could go straight to our lodge as we arrived after 5pm. Nice area to wander around and enough parking (although may be tricky if lots of lodges have more than one car). It’s very neat and lots of greenery. Overall very happy, would stay again.

Quite lodges, in a peaceful setting, with good appliances, comfortable beds, satisfactory WiFi, and good parking provision. Lodges have most things you need, but not everything you might expect like a cafetiere. Finding your lodge in the dark can be difficult as the signage isn't great and lodge numbers aren't well lit or lit at all. Bring a torch!

Booked for short break had to leave early unruly young men over occupied in lodge 26 and abusive. Told reception and texted out of hours number in the night NO RESPONSE. We therefore left taken up with Hoseasons NO RESPONSE therefore no option than alternative action.

Just spent a week staying in one of the single bed lodges. Site was lovely and peaceful, and being next to the old Airfield it was fun watching the gliders take off and fly around. Lodge itself was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, especially when my wife left her bank cards at reception by mistake, causing a mild panic when she couldn't initially find them!
