   After a gap of 10 years we returned to this site in our camper van. Met at the gate by the owner. After giving our details and paying for our two night stay we drove round to the hard standing pitch we had chosen. The site is very well maintained and cared for. Owner is very friendly and we are very greatful for his help with water and waste containers. Would Definitely recommend this camp site to friends and family. They have pitches for Camper vans , caravans, tents. With or without electric hook. We will Hopefully book another stay again.

   Just back from a bank holiday weekend.. lovely clean site only 5 miles from home. Very busy but large pitches.toilet/shower block very clean but bit outdated, (could do with a an extra hand dryer. Negative points..only one tap for whole site to fill up water butt, would be better if tap available at end of each pitch row.Have to pay extra for parking extra car in Carpark of site but then no spaces to park . Happy to visit again as overall experience good.

   Fantastic gem of a site. We initially chose this because they would accept our XL Bully as many sites don't. The staff are extremely friendly and many of the visitors are regular and repeat campers and we can see why. It's far enough away from major towns to be rural and peaceful but close enough if you want to explore. The site is well maintained with a dog walking area, ball park, games room and a 9 hole putting green. There is also a fishing pond which was very popular with visitors. The toilet/shower blocks were always kept clean and tidy. There is a small shop onsite to get any basics you need to stock up on along with a few extras such as toys etc. Back to the XL Bully point for those who may be put off...from what I understand it's not necessarily a blanket policy. If you abide by the rules and your dog is well behaved, as we do and ours is, you will be allowed to stay but if you flout the rules or your dog causes issues you will be asked to leave and as an XL owner I think that's a very fair and balanced view to take. She doesn't often get the chance to socialise because people walk the other way but so many visitors stopped to ask if they could fuss her, which was fantastic for her development. We will definitely be returning, with or without the dogs.

   Beautiful, clean and quiet site with a dog walking area and ball field. Enjoyed a quick morning walk around the pond, which is fenced off for the safety of littluns. In the evening a walk around the animal fields. The facilities were perfectly acceptable with drinking water being easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our needs. Would definitely use them again.

   Great place, lovely and quiet, with friendly and helpful owners. We love in Rugby and store our caravan there. Lovely animals to see also that our boys really enjoy. The owner was really helpful when I towed my van for the first time, checked everything was good to go for me. Very relaxed place, highly recommended

   Very nice site very clean toilets and the site is also very clean, there is a fishing lake and a selection of animals to keep the children amused. If I go up to this area again I will definitely be staying at this site

   Peaceful site, Friendly owners, Toilets and showers spotlessly clean. Small well stocked shop and off license on site. Fishing pond on site with rod hire availible. Dogs welcome, with dedicated dog walking area. Barbecues permitted as long as off the ground. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
