   Excellent service from the Progressive Pools Team I contacted Graham about a major refurbishment for the Swimming Pool which came with our new property. They did a superb job which included relapsing an archaic oil boiler with a Mr Perfect Heat Pump, a revised filtration system to include a state of the art UV, an auto chlorine feed dispenser and a new circulation pump installed by Elliot. Graham himself undertook re-tiling the entire pool with a colleague and it now looks like a Mediterranean gem !! Water quality is outstanding and overall I couldn’t more pleased with the outcome. We now have a modern energy efficient pool which we can enjoy without breaking the bank.

   I was stuck trying to stop leaking pipes on my son’s swimming pool. I contacted progressive pools who asked for a photograph which I submitted. Carl printed it off and marked the copy and supplied all the bits we required along with adhesive and instructions on how to do the job. Everything was straightforward and worked perfectly. Thanks to Carl and Tracy we now have a fully functioning pool. NO LEAKS ANYWHERE. If you have a pool problem get professional help and call Progressive Pools. Michael Whitley

   Unfortunately this company are not helpful when things go wrong. I’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds with them over the last 5 years. Having my pool serviced every 2 weeks and paying nearly £1000 to have the pool cover serviced. When the pool cover malfunctioned this year I was left with a £3000 bill to have it repaired. Even though it’s under warranty. Seems very unfair. I have contacted them directly, many times about this issue but they refuse to help me other than block me from Facebook and sharing my poor experience.

   I can’t praise Carl, Simon and the office team enough. I phoned Progressive with a real problem. My landscapers were stuck on part of the installation of our DIY pool and we needed expertise - and fast or the whole job couldn’t be completed. They came to our rescue with 24 hours and did a brilliant job. I’ll be going out of my way to buy supplies from them in the future. They were professional, helpful and knew their stuff. Literally lifesavers.

   After more than 25 years of excellent service, suddenly when we need them more than ever they have failed to look after us. Despite phone calls and calling in on them we have heard nothing for weeks and have been left having to look for another company to maintain our pool and build a new one

   We had Progressive Pools for an extensive re-model of a very dated pool. This involved full strip out and re-build along with the latest heating,humidification and water treatment. They were a pleasure to deal with in the entire process and finished on time and within budget. Ever since we have used them for a 3 week service call and the pool has remained looking as new in the last 12 months because of this.

   Progressive have looked after out pool for nearly 10 years now, including on-going repairs and maintenance, winterisation and refurbishment. Our experience has been excellent. We were complete "pool-novices" when we moved into our new house, but Progressive have helped us get enjoyment from our pool, whilst providing good value for money. They are also unfailingly polite, courteous, prompt and tidy.
