   The receptionist Harmeet is so sweet, always greet me with a smile and polite conversation. The centre is good but definitely could improve on the swimming time slots as it’s not great for people who work Monday to Friday. Sometimes the cleaning in the changing room could be a better Standard.

   ​This is an excellent venue for children's activities. The main drawback is that parking can occasionally be an issue. Otherwise, the experience is consistently positive. Harmeet at reception is always exceptionally welcoming, greeting guests with a smile. Keep up the great work!"

   We go to kids 18m-36m swimming lessons and everyone we meet on front desk is very friendly. Hayley who takes the lessons is lovely and very reassuring to all. The two people we have had when Hayley was away were also great. Would recommend!

   The website was a nightmare to operate and navigate - especially if you just want a day pass. However, the staff were lovely and helpful and the gym itself was great. Good array of machines - both functional and standard bodybuilding types -and very clean. Would recommend.

   I am leaving a high review purely for the fantastic yoga class with ANGELA. I have never been to a yoga class previously that really gets to the heart of what yoga really is. It's not just about doing extreme poses & postures,which can cause pain & damage if technique is not properly taught. I have found a new level in my practice with ANGELA & come out feeling physically and mentally lifted every time.

   Probably one of the worst swimming pools in the county. Cold water. Dirty water and disgusting floors. 50 minutes sessions, but the reception kept us at the door 10 minutes out of that because she was on the phone. No accessories like other swimming pools have! What a waste of money and energy! You're not allowed to go into the leisure pool if you paid for swimming and not allowed to go into the main pool if you paid for family swimming. So if let's say you come with your family but would want to do a couple of laps of actual swimming, you are not allowed! Do not waste your money!

   Reception is hopelessly understaffed. Located in the backside of nowhere. Frequently impossible to use sauna, because of swimming lessons. Surveillance cameras in pool changing area. If you want to use the gym, it's frequently populated by a gaggle of young boys. Separate changing rooms for the gym and classes mean that you need a separate locker downstairs as well, if you wish to use the sauna and/or pool as part of your visit. Most locker keys don't have a number, and/or strap to keep them with you. Cards frequently don't work on the barriers, but that's no longer an issue for me, as I'm cancelling my membership. If I could give it less than zero stars, I would. Total waste of space.

   Great pool, love taking my little girl here for swimming! The lay out is perfect and the pool is lovely and warm! The only downside is the sessions are soo short! I remember the days when swimming would be all day! The cafe is also nice, staff all so friendly but tad on the expensive side!
