We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, Joe our guide is a credit to your company and safety is clearly a priority! I loved the fact we were in a tank surrounded by some sharks and we were actually also in the middle of Birmingham. The tank was warmer than we expected. The whole experience went very smoothly and I got some fab pictures too The cafe was handy for a Costa Coffee after and the food looked and smelt amazing.

Shark Dive Saturday 20th July This was an amazing experience that my husband brought me for my birthday, fantastic diving instructors Ollie and Ryan. Who made this the experience it was. I would have given full 5 star but the experience didn’t last the full 120 minutes, I think it was a bit rushed at the end, there was a group of 6 on the last dive of the day, starting at 5.30 , we were all back out dressed and waiting for our pictures in reception before 7 pm. But saying that, I would recommend and I would do it again. Please pass on my thanks to (I’m sure his name was Ryan, he has the long hair), he was very knowledgeable and made my experience a great one Thank you

This was bought for us as a gift, Archery and Axe Throwing. Venue is easy to get to, clean and well set out. Various activities available, each housed in their own specific area, axe throwing, shooting, archery, climbing, shark diving, escape rooms. Each activity needs to be booked separately, age restrictions apply, (18 for shooting, 15 for Axe throwing, 8 for archery, ), so check before booking. Arrive half hour early to book in and fill in waivers and validate parking token for reduced parking charge ,( East 5). Cafe on site , drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Small gift shop, also reasonably priced. Staff at the venue are helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . Axe throwing in particular was great fun. Full instructions and safety advice is given at activity start, (5 minutes). Axe throwing lasts 45 minutes. Archery was also very good, professionally run with a clear emphasis on safety. Session length was half an hour. Full use of assault course is included in the price, however we didn't use this due to ongoing knee problems, but guests using the course seemed to have a good time. Great day out , sessions could have been slightly longer but would definitely go here again. Prices of activities vary from £20 upwards, booking in advance gets cheaper price . Excellent.

We had a fantastic day out at Bear Grylls! We did Archery, Axe throwing, high ropes and the Shark dive. Being a week day it was lovely and quiet. My only criticism is our Archery started about ten minutes late due to some of the participants and a member of staff being late this resulted in a twenty minute session, which just wasn’t long enough, it was so much fun we could happily of done another half an hour. The axe throwing also started approximately 5 mins late as well, but less of an issue as half an hour of axe throwing is probably long enough as it’s surprising active. The high ropes were great fun with lots of variety of obstacles. Unfortunately despite the good weather forecast, it poured down with rain and we decided to finish our session a bit early as we were soaked through. Waterproofs are definitely required if it’s raining, as it’s outside and very exposed. The Shark dive was an incredible experience! Me and my wife were very nervous, due to having never scuba dived before. The training given was really good and we had loads of time in the water. We purchased the video for 20 quid which seem reasonable value for such a memorable experience. Cafe is fairly mediocre, but food and coffee was good enough for a quick lunchtime snack. Fantastic staff throughout the venue, really helpful and fun. A great day out, definitely highly recommend a visit.

Had a corporate event day here... It was a great fun place with excellent facilities and some great activities to suit all abilities. Enjoyed the archery and Escape room. The pizza at the cafe was pretty good too and even the toilets were fun (see photo).

Second visit and to do some different activities and loved it just as much as the first visit. Special mention to Kyle who we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves on High Ropes (should have been a group of 16 but apparently we were the only 2 willing to brave the rain and wind!). Kyle was patient, supportive, encouraging and calm. He was also chatty and friendly and great fun to do this experience with! The staff are always great and it's such a smooth process from start to finish. Genuinely not a single complaint in 2 visits. Helpful tips - Parking is a 5-10 min walk away There is a Starbucks inside the NEC doors just past BG if you're early! Leave enough time between bookings to grab a drink and use the toilet! We have now done Climbing, Archery, Shooting and High Ropes and enjoyed all of them. Highly recommend.

We came here to do Archery and were really impressed. The whole centre is really well themed and it's crammed full of activities. There's an obstacle course which you can do for free once in the building as many times as you like. It was exhausting but very good. I've done archery before but this was honestly my best archery experience yet. The bows were wooden but very functional. The instructions were clear. The range was organised and disciplined without taking away any of the fun. What made it really fun was the archery "games" we played. It started out simple, aiming for different colours, but became more fun as we shot at different targets across the range and played "knock-out" games and did time challenges. It made it really interesting! Well worth a visit!!
