Well, what a rubbish experience as a member paying £55 a month. Pool closed twice in the two months I've been a member, one for sanitary issues with parameters. Multiple other issues in this short space of time with water temp ect.. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. Such a poor experience and I would advise anyone on the waiting list to become a member to avoid, they let 650 members max ontop of the hotel so at many points its pointless. Save your money.

I had a great massage with Jade. She's lovely and I felt like she took in board my need for a stress relieving shoulder and back massage instead of a full body massage. On the whole the place seemed clean though I only went in the loo and treatment room which was nicely set up. Only complaint would be a bit of noise possibly from other users outside the room which when you arr trying to relax is a bit annoying. Definitely would return for another treatment!

I was a member for two months. If this place was ran well then it could be a lovely place to have a membership for. However in my time as a member: - Two pairs of goggles were lost/stolen - The men’s swimwear drier was out of service for 4 weeks and then removed completely - The main pool had build up of dirty in all four corners, not seemingly ever cleaner/wiped - It was way too busy, at times the pool was like an Olympic sport to just fit in there - Some of the members (especially males) exhibited what I would call predatory behaviour towards my wife/other women - Staff are polite but seem unbothered, I don’t think they care about guest experiences - Hotel guests are allowed in whenever, even if it’s already busy and often do not abide by any of the rules - Water temperature varied, some days it would be too hot and other days too cold When it was quieter the facilities were good for the price, but as I said because of these other reasons I went from excited to go to feeling like it was a hassle. Hopefully they consider improving and I may rejoin but for now it’s not worth it!

I booked a waxing appointment at 9:10am. When I arrived I was told that the wax was not ready and would only be ready in 20 minutes, clashing with the beautician’s next appointment. I was then asked if I was ‘free all day’ (which I was not) and given an unreasonable alternative (midday). It was incredibly unprofessional as the blame was shifted upon me for not being free at her next available time.

Room ok but service poor. Can’t get anyone to answer phone to report issue with room. Arrived tired after long drive and find service a bit frustrating. First wrong room number given so needed to return to reception Then when arrived in room not enough towels for a much needed shower before crashing for the eve Tried reception 4 times and just left on hold for over 10 mins each time and eventually put through to a reservation line off site who told me she couldn’t get through either so could I walk down to reception, which means getting dressed again Perhaps it’s run by students?

Really nice pool, however, there’s no hot tub which is a big shame. The mini tub shares the same cold water as the swimming pool. I would still visit again though as I enjoyed their jet shower and sauna / steam rooms.

I had a facial with Judy, it was absolutely beautiful so calming and relaxing in fact the best I’ve ever had~the products used were perfect for my skin type! For this reason I booked a hot stone massage which was equally as good~my therapist Jade~she made me feel so totally relaxed I actually nodded off~ totally amazing! The receptionist was also extremely courteous, helpful and friendly highly recommend~already looking forward my next visit~well done Burleigh Springs~thank you

Working at home on my PC during the COVID lockdown and not having a suitable seating arrangement led to a creaky back. I booked in at Burleigh Springs for a back massage to see if it would help and it worked wonders. It was painful at times as the therapist worked their way through some of the knots and tension but by the end of the treatment I was nearly asleep. 24 hours later and it feels like a huge improvement. My intention is to make this treatment a regular thing so that I can avoid any future issues. Would highly recommend.
