Booked 6 x 1 hour lessons with Jas at the Hilton in Cardiff. Basically started from 0 as hadnβt been swimming since I was young and was not confident at all. By the end of the lessons I learnt the basics, front crawl/backstroke/breaststroke to a good standard and was comfortable in the water. Jas was very knowledgable and a great teacher overall.

As an adult who has always been afraid of water I finally decided I wanted to overcome my fear and learn to swim. I was extremely nervous and wasn't sure I would even be able to get in the pool on my first lesson. However Jas was amazing, she understood and respected my fear. My daughter didn't know how to swim. She had six individual lessons with another coach and the seventh lesson was with Jas. And in the first lesson with Jas, my daughter swam! It was just an ocean of joy and delight! The daughter says that Jas was able to tell her how to do it and it is not even possible to imagine a better coach! My daughter looks forward to every class! Thanks a lot!

Jasmin is a great swim teacher. She couldnβt get in the water due to ear infection, but despite this she was able to convey what I needed to do through patient instructions & also through watching and answering my questions. I really benefitted from the enthusiastic and friendly one to one instruction.
