   Good pool, free parking during lesson. Rishi is a really good instructor - patient but always pushing forward and will change the activity if it's not working so well so that you always feel you are making some progress. Much better than public lessons as Rishi is right beside you in the pool throughout.

   Excellent swimming lessons with Rishi for my son (5) who is just beginning to learn. Rishi is really patient and injects lots of fun and play into the lessons. His water confidence is really coming on and he is already beginning to be able to do front crawl! Really please with Rishi, the lesson and my son’s progress and enjoyment. Have previously used Swim Expert (teachers typically are uni students, so different teachers) with my eldest after covid restrictions lifted. Would recommend swim Expert and Rishi particularly!

   Alistair is a really good instructor, he is kind, patient and knowledgable. Alun our son who is 4 has come on leaps and bounds in the time that he has been swimming with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough, whilst the lessons are somewhat expensive swimming is such an important life skill, they are well worth the money. Alun’s confidence in the water is unrecognisable from when he started 14 lessons ago, and he is even able to swim short distances unaided now. Alistair makes sure that every lesson is fun as well as developing key skills.

   I was at the Novotel Cardiff using there pool.There were swimming lessons going on.The kids were having so much fun with the instructor,I think her name was Hannah.The girl was professional patient and good fun with children of all ages.I would definitely recommend,from a Novotel club member.

   My teacher was great, very supportive and encouraging. I started from beginner with no experience at all and managed to swim on my back from the first lesson. I took 10 lessons with SwimExpert and now I can swim confidently a couple of strokes and do some lengths. I went on a holiday after few lessons and it was one of my best holidays because I managed to swim, thanks to my teachers efforts of course. Nothing to improve, service and teacher is great.
