I took my 6 yr old toy poodle for a full groom at paws and whiskers. It was her first time there and she loved it! They talked me through the process and asked exactly what I would like. She looked gorgeous, such a lovely groom. The staff were amazing and we will definitely be back! Can't thank you enough!

Michelle did a great job of sorting out my cocker spaniel's very fluffy coat with careful hand stripping. She looks 100 times better now.
I have a very large stubborn Alaskan Malamute who other groomers had refused to groom. So when Michelle said she would give it a go, I was shocked but also so grateful. Before the appointment she asked me all about Akela and asked me to send pictures of her coat (blowing season so not pretty). My main want was to just have her bathed, anything else would be a bonus. On the day I was so worried that Akela would put up a massive fight but throughout the appointment Michelle messaged me to let me know how it was going. Once Akela had decided enough was enough I went and collected her. And just wow! Not only had Michelle managed to bath her she’d got her 90% dry and all her loose undercoat out. She looks and smells amazing! I am so grateful. Michelle took the time to ask about Akela and went above and beyond. Will definitely be taking my stubborn princess back and have been recommending Paws and Whiskers to everyone. Thank you Michelle you really did do an amazing job and it shows you actually care for the animals that come into your salon ☺️
When we heard that Mutt Cutts was closing, we were worried. Our dogs are our family and would we find anyone to look after their coats as well as Alan & Debbie? Well Michelle came with Paws and Whiskers, and our fears were easily put to rest. She listened to what we previously had for our dogs and gave them both her personal attention (and pampered them). Our Shitzu looked so handsome and she offered some advice regarding his allergy to certain shampoos. And Florence, our 3 legged pug cross, loved every second of her make over. Michelle listens to our requests and offers advice and tips that makes managing their coats that much easier. A First Class service that any dog or cat would want. Thank you.
We have been going to Mutt Cutts for five years now with our little Cockapoo, so were a little tenditive at going to the salon which is now called Paws and whiskers. Michelle has groomed my elderly and sometimes crotchety cat Ella twice. On both occasions Ella looked lovely afterwards and was not at all stressed. As she gets very matted and hates being brushed or combed by me, I will be making an appointment with Michelle every three or four months. I would highly recommend Paws and Whiskers for cat grooming.
Lovely personal service - just perfect, Michelle listened really carefully and delivered just what we wanted. She was lovely with my little dog and very attentive and caring. Highly recommended.
