Nellies Groom Room has been a god send for us. Our cavapoo was so nervous to go to the groomers but Sandra is so patient, takes her time and so kind with her. We are seeing real progress with our dog's anxiety around being groomed. Sandra does an excellent job with great attention to detail. 100% recommend.
Had a great experience last week with my anxious dog. I was worried as she is nervous around new people but she came out very calm and it seemed like she enjoyed the session! She had years of knotted hair after being on the streets for 10 years but after the grooming session, she looked transformed so thank you!!

I took my old gundog, Ruby for a bit of tlc and a spring clean. She came back looking half her age and smelling of bouquets! A friendly professional service where the dogs welfare is paramount. Great value for money!
