Saffie has been going to Dogtown hydrotherapy for just over a year now and it has really made a difference to her mobility. The physios are all great and know just how much she is able to do (or not to do). Saffie also says the massages are wonderful

Dogtown has been excellent in helping my dog through rehabilitation. Their physiotherapy / hydrotherapy offering is great with really knowledgeably therapists to help - Erin has been brilliant. Highly recommend!

Excellent grooming service for my toy poodle. We've been visiting groomers all across West London and this is by far the best place we've been to and the price is excellent also. Our dog came out looking crufts ready! Thank you to the wonderful Chiswick team - Bobbi looks fantastic!

My lovely boy Loki has weekly hydrotherapy and laser treatment with the amazing Dogtown team. They are so knowledgeable and brilliant at what they do. Loki is a gentle and anxious rescue dog with hip dysplasia and arthritis, and the team are so intuitive and kind to him. Look how happy he is in the pool! Photo courtesy of Erin (thanks again, lovely!) His comfort and strength levels have improved massively since we started going to Dogtown. They understand his issues and idiosyncrasies insanely well, I really wish I had started taking him for sessions sooner. The team are also so friendly and flexible, always doing everything possible to accommodate us. 100% recommend. Conscientious, lovely, brilliant team with buckets of expertise and fantastic service. Thank you guys, as always ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful dog grooming and day care facilities. We've taken our mini poodle to Dogtown a few times for her grooms and she always comes out looking fantastic. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and the location is great being directly on Chiswick High Road.

Our puppy Isla has been attending Dogtown for the last 3 months and has just graduated her physio and hydrotherapy programme today! She is a Border Collie puppy who suffered a non-displaced fracture to the tibia at 11 weeks. She had never been in water properly prior to her hydro and now loves it and is a total water baby. The whole team at Dogtown have been absolutely brilliant from the start, not only in their knowledge and care for her but also their follow ups with detailed updates and recommendations for home exercises. Given her age and breed I asked a lot of the team as we had aimed for a cooperative care approach - giving Isla choices and never making her uncomfortable or stressed - they did this gladly and took everything at her pace. I was keen for her to have no anxieties or handling issues given the early pain/trauma and the team were truly brilliant with her and did all and above that I asked. I can honestly say that it has been the highlight of her week dragging us running up the street and through the green doors (all manners and loose leash walking out the window!) and the fact that she has recovered so well is a huge relief to us. I know it would not have been the case without her Wednesdays at Dogtown! Thank you so much.

We are very happy to live close to Dogtown which allows us to bring our dog for hydrotherapy sessions. He needed therapy after a cruciate ligament operation and Erin, Brenda and Adam have been providing excellent care for him for a few months now. The whole team is very nice and knowledgable and our dog is always very happy to see them. Even though he is very attached to us (and us to him) we know he is happy and in good hands when we drop him off. Keep up the great work!

Always lovely to deal with Boris greets Amy as a long lost friend even though he knows he's in for a bath!. She groomed him this time in an unconventional was because he had mats but from the outside you would never know it. Very very clever.

I am very very disappointed! My dog just came home shaved (I wasn't the one picking him up) after they were asked and they confirmed that he is not very matted. Cherry on top, they shaved him so short that they cut a wart on his skin (photo attached). Please bear in mind that it's been less than 2 months since the last groomers visit and he was also brushed by me during this time. If I have to perfectly groom my dog right before the groomers appointment to avoid shaving, I don't see the point in taking him at all. I honestly think they are overbooking and overwhelmed with work and shaving the dog is just the quickest way. Moreover, this shaved haircut they gave him looks very poor as it is uneven and there was no effort put into making my dog look good. His head and face just don't look right, he's flat on top (uneven as well) with long mustache, looking more like a Schnauzers than a Cavapoo. Another tiny detail- not sure what products they use, but the dog doesn't smell of anything. I personally like my dog to smell nice and clean after a groomers appointment. All in all, a very bad experience and I just wish I could travel back in time and not take him to this appointment. Now I have to wait months until my dog's hair grows back. ETA as I cannot reply to comment: Firstly, my partner discussed a teddy bear haircut on drop off which is far from what was delivered. Secondly, last time I dropped Milo off and picked him up myself, and although I requested a short haircut (because he was matted that time), the head shape was different. I would never ever agree on the haircut he’s had now. I love my dog very much and he’s still the best in my eyes, but he’s never looked as bad as now. I cannot wait for his fur to grow to get this fixed. Regarding the wart, I can understand that accidents happen. However, the same file that led you to think we would like a different haircut than what was verbally requested on drop off, should tell you about warts or other conditions of the dog. Still I’m not mad about this specifically as I consider it an accident. This grooming was very poorly done, and I would like to be contacted to discuss this further as I’d rather not make this review longer than it already is.
