   Our long-haired cat needed a thorough shave after a problem with fleas. Raquel is a vet for many years so she has plenty of experience in handling & caring for animals. We did the full package of nail clipping, shave, bath & ear cleaning. Throughout the process, Raquel requested that we sit in to reassure our cat. Most groomers I know will not allow that. The whole process was done in just under an hour. Thank you Raquel for the wonderful lion’s cut!! We now have a happy & healthy boy.

   I took our Persian cat, Mia, to Raquel today. She had so many knots and matted hair. Mia, is really only a baby, this was her first haircut so she was a bit stressed. Raquel is brilliant, she calmed her down, so many cuddles and kisses and talked to her. We have used other cat groomers but Raquel is fantastic. Mia had her fur shaved, she had a bath, eyes and ears cleaned and nails clipped and she was fine! I would definitely recommend Raquel to anyone who has a cat which needs grooming.

   My cat was badly matted and I can honestly say Raquel did the best job. Unfortunately she had to be completely shaved due to the severity of her matted fur, but the technique and skills Raquel used to make my cat feel comfortable and safe was the most important thing to me. She really cares about cats and I was with her throughout the entire time so I could see first hand just how amazing she is.    We took our shy cat to Raquel Cat and Dog Grooming to get a trim and wash. Our cat was handled with the utmost care and Raquel was a natural at calming and grooming our cat. Raquel also offered veterinary advice which was very useful. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

   I contacted Raquel about giving my Persian cat a trim as he had quite bad matting around his tummy and under his legs and wouldn't let me tend to them. Raquel responded within 10 minutes and was very helpful offering me an appointment for the following day (Sunday) which was great. Raquel advised that she is a vet with many years experience which was a great comfort as I love my cat dearly and would only want an absolute professional to deal with the groom as it is so easy to hurt a cat with clippers. Upon arrival Raquel first offered me a lovely cup of tea then she proceeded to clip the nails on the cat followed by a hair cut (Lion cut) and it was clear to see that Raquel was definitely no novice and my cat showed absolutely no signs of distress. After finishing the trim he was then bathed and blow dried. I was amazed at the price Raquel quoted for the service she provided which was less than half of all other quotes I received for the same service.
