   I recently brought my cat in for grooming, and the experience was not only unprofessional but downright frustrating. When booking the appointment, I made it clear that my cat had never had a professional groom before. At home, he’s only been brushed, had his nails trimmed, used dry shampoo, and had the occasional bath when necessary. Although bathing was a bit of an issue but managed it fine. I expected a calm and capable approach, but that’s not what I got. Within 5 minutes of dropping him off, I received a call asking me to return to help settle him. When I arrived, my cat actually seemed fine, which made me question their ability to handle him on their own. After cutting his front nails and giving him a little brush, they told me to come back another day with a vet-prescribed pill to calm my cat before attempting to bathe him. They then put him back in his carrier, effectively ending the appointment without doing much. At that point, I asked about my £50 deposit since minimal services were provided. I wouldn’t have even minded paying half of it. They said they couldn’t give it back. Instead, I suggested they at least dry shampoo him since that’s something he’s used to at home. That’s when things got worse. While dry shampooing him he was fine. But when the brush came out it was aggressive and rough considering I told the main groomer that he has dandruff. THEN turned on the dryer, which startled my cat, causing him to jump off the table with the harness around his neck. This seemed to completely overwhelm the main groomer, who panicked and ran out of the room, leaving the assistant groomer to handle the situation. The only positive part of this experience was the assistant groomer, who was kind, patient, and gave helpful advice for caring for my cat. If you have had a traumatic experience grooming a cat don’t offer the service.

   When I picked up my dog she looked good after washing, ladies were super nice. But when we arrived home I saw this! They cut her claws together with the pulp on one leg, and on other leg they cut too much so the pulp is not protected anymore (but at least it’s not damaged)… I‘m so angry and disappointed! I thought I was leaving my dog with professionals but obviously they have no clue how to cut nails! Wounds on the paws usually take a long time to heal and high risk to catch an infection….:(((

   Okay first of all my service was quite long (3h) but I will tell you all WAS WORTH IT! Very nice ladies, Funia had a proper spa and when I came to pick her up I saw she was treated well! She looks way younger and for sure we will be back! Thank you!

   Oh my gosh!!! I am so impressed. Bailey was so happy to go and didn’t want to come back. He smelt like an actual perfumery!!! Event I’ve never smelt that good in my life. They took such good care of him, I was nervous to leave him for the first time for that long but they kept in touch with texting too. He smells amazing!!!

   So I am giving this one star because I actually cannot leave a review with NO star. Based on the previous glorious reviews, I booked a slot for our cocker spaniel on the phone. On said day and time (10am), we showed up with our dog and my husband met the gentleman who runs a men's hairdresser on the ground floor. His ex wife's car had apparently broken down with the cold so she didn't show up and did not call! We rescheduled for the same day at 5pm. When my husband showed up , she had apparently already left because she had finished her previous dog at 3pm and wouldn't wait for us! If this is a way to run a business, I want none of it! If the other reviews are real (who knows?), you may indeed get a great service... But then again, you may wait 2 weeks to have your dog groomed near Christmas as we did and have this non existent service.... Your call if you want to take the risk. I won't ever again!!

   Amazing Grooming Salon! A real gem in the area! I took my baby Seb (Pomeranian) for the first time , he was in great need of a good grooming . I am very happy with the results! Sebby is very joyful, , neat and smells amazing! Highly recommend!
