An absolutely wonderful experience. Groomers very gentle with the dogs and place is completely spotless. 100% recommend Shampooch.
Terrible experience! Massively overpriced, shockingly bad cut. When I called a month later to book in for a tidy up to rectify the horrible job, I was told that they would only rectify faults within the first 1-2 weeks. When I offered to pay for a tidy up it was almost the same price as a full groom! Customer service is terrible, totally not bothered that they had just lost a new customer! Avoid at all costs. Even the locals say they don’t like it and have recommended other better, cheaper groomers elsewhere.
My 8 month old cavapoo had one groom before this somewhere else..not successful unfortunately. Thankfully I found shampooch! The ladies were caring and patient. Simba our puppy who is usually nervous settled really well and we are delighted with how he looks.
Took my nervous cavapoo into Shampoo and they were so great and professional with her, They groomed her amazingly. Such a calm, friendly atmosphere! Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!!
Poppy always looks the part after Shampooch. We tried several groomers when got her but never as good as Shampooch. Here you explain what you want and that is what you get. My dog gets lots of compliments about her look and I am only happy to recommend Shampooch.
