   We had Robin today to clean our large corner sofa and I have to say I was throughly impressed. Not only was Robin pleasant and courteous he didn’t stop all morning and the sofa is completely dry now too which is much quicker than I had anticipated.    Chris came promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate (given that the rug was last cleaned in the 1950s), took the rug with him and managed to get it back to us ahead of the estimated return date and in plenty of time for Christmas. It is a very big old rug (10x9) and Chris relaid it with great care. It is absolutely glowing and has lifted the whole room. F&S Taylor

   Every stage of contact with Bailey from the office, estimator and the carpet cleaner practitioner was excellent. Hand held throughout the process. I cannot comment on price because I did not benchmark with other companies, because Bailey's history and reputation in the local community is so good. The work was carried out very fast and efficiently. The carpets were 8 years old without cleaning, very happy with the result. Make sure you do not have unrealistic expectations, areas of heavy footfall cannot be expected to magically look like new. Very happy with result and would recommend this company for your needs. The photo shows a section of carpet which had a deep bad stain, no trace following cleaning.

   Chris came out to look at whether our wood floors were suitable for sanding. He was incredibly professional and honest about our options. Even though our boards weren't in a good enough condition to be sanded, Chris took the time to talk me through other options that might work for me and even recommended another business that might be able to help. I'm confident that, if he did come and do work for us, he would have done an incredible job. If I ever need floor sanding in the future, I'll be coming to Bailey's without hesitation.

   Excellent carpet cleaning service, just before we reopened after the lockdown restrictions we had Chris in to clean our carpets and also scrub up our indoor astro turf. As you can see from the photos it looks brand spanking new. Highly recommend his services and will most definitely use them again.

   Super impressed from start to finish with the service provided. At no time was I put under any pressure by the representative who came to see me. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took my very large and heavy rug away on the day and a two man team returned it after Xmas looking like new. Well worth it. I can recommend Bailey’s without hesitation and will definitely use them again. The communications throughout the process was also very efficient. This is clearly a well run business that deserves to do well. Thank you to the whole team.

   If you want a quality job doing , I would thoroughly recommend Baileys Floor Care for any block paving or drive way improvements . Chris fully explained their work plans and the different stages involved - right through the power washing, sanding and sealing. They were punctual, reliable and fulfilled everything that was promised. I am very satisfied with the totally transformed look of our block paving, drive way and the very high standard of workmanship carried out.
