Mark is fantastic. Quick response, sorted our carpet within two days of calling him. It looks like brand new. Even let my 5 year old have a go with the machine. Highly recommend!!! Fantastic value for money.
Fantastic service. Booked in to clean 2 big sofas and stairs. Did an amazing job, especially since the sofas needed a really good clean after being in storage for a couple of months. I’ve used cleaning services before, but the cleaning with Forest Lea was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend.

After moving into a home we were faced with a complex problem with our carpets. They majorly reeked of dog urine and several stains that was resistant to wash by a cleaning professional. That is when I got in touch with Forest Lea. Mark did a great job by treating it chemically and making the carpets on the stairs, landing and lounge look visibly clean and almost new. Unfortunately the odour could not be eliminated so had to get rid of carpet and underlay which seemed to have done the trick.
