My overall experience with Andy from KCC was absolutely amazing. He requested pictures of the carpet beforehand and booked me in for the next day. On the day, the work was done quickly and professionally. He explained what to expect and encouraged me to get in touch if anything reappears. Also, it’s worth mentioning that communication with Andy is very easy, he brings a friendly atmosphere with him when he comes. A separate thank you for that. Definitely a 5-star service.

Our carpets look absolutely amazing and he even managed to remove some Briwax polish marks that I thought we would never move. The pile on the carpets has been refreshed and restored and he really has worked magic on them. We will be booking him in again to clean our sitting room carpet when we redecorate it. I can highly recommend Andy.
Kenilworth carpets made space in an already hectic diary to come out to me after calling up 15+ other local company’s! Done a fantastic job of renewing my carpet ready for Christmas, left it virtually dry and smelling incredible. He left after giving me some great advice for the longevity of my carpet. I’m very impressed with the services that KCC provide. Andy was a pleasure to deal with and he didn’t leave until he himself was satisfied that everything was done to the highest standards. If anything, it’s just nice to have great customer service and a friendly person to deal with but I am loving the clean carpet, it saved me from replacing it.

Andy did a superb job cleaning all the carpets in our house. I was genuinely amazed what a difference the final result was. Especially our daughters room, which had an assortment of stains resulting from makeup, nail varnish, felt tips, slime, etc that I thought were beyond saving. The carpet now looks as good as the day we bought it! Very easy to deal with, polite, friendly, professional, turned up on time and worked his socks off. Highly recommended.
