If anything, it’s just nice to have great customer service and a friendly person to deal with but I am loving the clean carpet, it saved me from replacing it.

Andy did a superb job cleaning all the carpets in our house. I was genuinely amazed what a difference the final result was. Especially our daughters room, which had an assortment of stains resulting from makeup, nail varnish, felt tips, slime, etc that I thought were beyond saving.
