   We have used Neil for a few years now. Nice chap, excellent work and very reasonably priced for the service. He will always be our go-to for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

   Unfortunately our experience was not good at all with Neil (All Square Cleaning). Whilst doing a quote for us for carpet cleaning, Neil advised half the carpets would really need replacing in his opinion?? so we took his advise and got a couple of carpet quotes done, (he'd quoted for all the rooms just in case). We decided to go ahead with the new carpets and therefore advised him we would be taking a few of the rooms off the cleaning list and to requote. He obviously still wanted to keep the same price... as the requote he'd sent only deducted a very small fraction off the price. I asked him about why only a small amount was deducted when over half the rooms were now removed?....however there was no response, so i then asked whether he could therefore throw in 2 very small rugs within the higher price? And maybe not to deduct anymore (as he was definitely not going to do that!). His response to that was "No thanks, ive cancelled your appointment" i asked "why?"...he didn't respond and he never turned up to the appointment. This is very bad customer service , if he can't hold his tantrums back then he should not be in this line of business. While he was doing the quote, something was very strange about his behaviour and couldn't answer the questions we were asking him....he was rude and abrupt /snappy with us. We don't deserve to be treated like this ....absolutely baffling!!

   Neil has done a fantastic job at the apartment we were renting. We then hired him for the house we moved in. And once again he gave the carpets a second life. All this at a reasonable price. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend.

   Neil is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. We were so impressed with every aspect of the process, right from the initial quote all the way through to completing the job. Our rug has never looked that clean - even when we bought it new. We will certainly use Neil again and would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.

   Neil came back to me very quickly from initial enquiry and arranged a visit shortly after to quote for the work. Neil did an amazing job cleaning our carpets which were very stained and dirty, they have come up like new! Very pleased, I would absolutely recommend and will be getting back in touch when our carpet need cleaning again. Thank you!

   I have had my beige coloured sofas professionally cleaned at least yearly over the past 6 years and this is the first time I've used Neil at All Square Cleaning. He will now be my 'go to' upholstery cleaner - as the difference between the end results are like chalk and cheese. My sofas now have a new lease of life and look (and smell) fantastic. Worth every penny and highly recommended.
